How I avoid eating extra sugar😬
Two years ago, the food I consumed everyday contained a lot of extra sugar, which led to mounting of extra fat under my skin. I read a few articles, watched few videos and applied simple technique to correct that.
1) I stopped adding sugar to tea or coffee; ☕
2) When I want something sweet, I try to eat more greenery (full of Kalium). It helps me. 🥗🥦🥒🥑🥝
3) I replaced sweets with fruits. It is a little bit cheaper and more healthy. 🍊🍎🍓🥝
Despite the strategy of avoiding extra sugar, I simetimes allow myself piece of dark chocolate (more than 70% cocoa). 🍫

Gluten free lamb kleftiko pita 🤤, halloumi, gluten free chips with feta and oregano and hubby had the plate with pork souvlaki, pita, chips and Greek salad.
We underestimated the portion sizes but we stepped up to the challenge and almost smashed the lot 😲😬We needed lots of energy before we finished our Christmas shopping for the day 😂
