Focus on squeezing the booty!
2️⃣ BENCH CROSS OVERS : 3 sets x 30 reps
YOUR QUADS WILL BE BURNING 🥵!! 3️⃣ HIP THRUSTS : 3 sets x 10-12 reps
These are a KILLER. I always work hip thrusts into my leg days!! KEEP THAT CHIN TUCKED TO PREVNT HURTING YOUR BACK!! 4️⃣ BB SUMO SQUAT: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Focus on slow and controlled movement and pushing through the heel when firing back up!
5️⃣ LEG PRESS MACHINE : 3 sets x 10-12 reps
PUSH THROUGH YOUR HEELS!!! My foot placing is specific to hit my gluteals a little better.
6️⃣ LYING HAMSTRING CURL MACHINE : 3 sets x 10-12 reps
I didn’t curl all the way up because I wanted to keep the tension in my hamstrings! ✔️Finish off with stair master for 10 mins
