Another tough #crossfitopen
workout for me. There's always something in them that I struggle with and today it was 2 things - thrusters that make me tired really quick and chest 2 bar pull ups that I can't do.
I finished the workout with 65 reps in the 7 minutes which isn't amazing, but also isn't terrible so I'll take that. Letlet with me in this picture pushed me through those 7 minutes which were hell!

Put In the Work, and nothing or nobody can ever take that away from you.

Have always been in and out of gyms and had my fair share of trainers but nothing has ever built muscle for me better then climbing up and down a pole 4 days a week!

Only 20 days left to my 80 day program!! I never thought that I would be able to commit to something like this for a full 80 days. Even though I had more days than I would've liked with crappy nutrition, I never skipped a workout!! For that I feel accomplished 💪
When I first started it was SO intimidating but now I don't know what I will do when it is over...maybe round ✌
