🚨 We all have tried, at least once, different classes at the gym. It seems fun, active and like you’re sweating a lot and losing weight. But the truth is that only 10% of people in that group are actually losing weight and reaching their goals. Just imagine a doctor giving the same prescription to 30 patients. It will work for some of them but for the majority it won’t. Classes are a good substitute for cardio but not a good idea to reach your goals. Everyone is different, and according to their goals, everyone needs a custom made workout plan, one size doesn't fit all. Also, if there are at least 20 people doing the same class with 1 trainer, the chances you're not executing the exercises properly are higher, which leads to injuries and fatigue. -
