This was me most of yesterday. Sitting on the couch snuggling my fur babies and watching Netflix. Sometimes you just need to be a little lazy. Saturday’s are one of my weight lifting days during the school year and I put off my workout most of the day. Finally around 5pm I decided to head to the gym. Was not motivated at all. I got there and get like I just wasn’t going to make it through my workout. The weights felt too heavy, I was struggling to push out the amount of reps for my workouts. But I kept pushing and modified a couple of my exercises and by the end I felt a little better. I did it. I don’t always feel motivated and that’s okay. But I’m dedicated and that’s what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’ve never regretted making my self go to the gym and workout when I’ve been unmotivated. I always feel at least a little better after even if it’s just because I feel the satisfaction of accomplishing something. Stay dedicated my friends.✌🏼
