Sport is very important to me. When I was young I did many kinds of sport disciplines from athletic, gymnastics and skiing to volleyball and running almost every day. Since I started my own company three years ago I had to reduce my time for sport activities. But I always find time during the week for my gym or running in the free nature. MotivationalMonday is here!! I get asked a lot does protein make me fat? The answer is no, the more calories you consume the more weight you put on over time if you are consistently eating more. Protein helps growth and repairs your muscles after a workout, you should aim to have i think its 1g of protein to every 1lb of body weight, i weigh 190lbs solook to have between 190 and 200grams of protein to help me build muscle. It works the same eating less calories but you need to be ina consistent calorific deficit to see fat loss, obviously with the aid of working out and eating right, still eatimg the same amount of protein if not more. Body confidence.⁣ ⁣ I used to be so self conscious when I was younger I literally had like a notepad which I wrote everything I didn’t like about myself in it. Fast forward 8 years and 3 babies and I don’t think I would ever go back to being as self conscious as I was.⁣ ⁣ I think as I’ve got older I learnt to accept my body for what it is, as so I should.
