#healthysnacks Buenas❗Mientras meriendo mis clasicos huevos y galletas de arroz les dejo esta idea de MERIENDA SALADA que no solo es super nutritiva (prote de buena calidad, grasas saludables y carbos complejos) sino que esta buenisima💯Creo que no existe mejor combinacion que el pan, la palta y el huevo😍 Yo suelo comerlo solo los findes porq la palta esta 💰💰 Esta vez le agregue queso para variar un poco. Te cuento como hacerla👇 . ✔Mientras tostas el pan que soles comer (si es integral mejor, te va a saciar por mas tiempo)✔Revolves un huevo en un bowl con un chorrito de leche y condimentas a gusto (yo le puse pimienta y paprica)✔Lo colocas en una sarten previamente calentada y engrasada (yo uso fritolin) y dejas que se haga tipo omelette✔Mientras, agarras el pan tostado, le pisas 1/2 palta encima y la rocias un poco con jugo de limon (SI, hace la diferencia)✔Una vez que el huevo se cocio de un lado, lo das vuelta y le agregas la feta de queso a 1/4 del omelette✔Lo doblas en 2 y mantenes en el fuego hasta que el queso se derrita ☑Si queres podes tapar la sarten para que se haga mas rapido✔Colocas arriba de la palta y el pan y listo😍 . Lately, a lot of people been asking me how I eat all my food, and trust when I tell you it’s not easy. Sometimes, it is a matter of figuring out what works for you. Back in January I made mention I was use a timer, and I still do. Now, I'm grouping meals together especially if I know it might be a hectic day. So, I’ll eat M1 + S1 together wait about 6 hours later eat M2 + S2 together, and continue it for the rest of the day. For me it has been working, and I plus it gives your body a break from processing food every 2-3 hrs. What’s on the menu? M1: Protein Smoothie (not shown) S1: Green Apple M2: Red pepper + Chickpeas + Quinoa over a bed of Spinach S2: Tomato Cucumber Salad + Boiled Eggs M3: Lentil Bean Pasta + Spinach + Shrimp S3: Grapefruit + Almonds (not shown)
Finally! Two weeks without foodprepping felt like a lifetime, but I won't lie it definitely felt great! Plus, I got to try a lot of different restaurants, and I love to eat, but you can see that already 😁
