I almost didn't gym today and I am SO GLAD I did! Here's a little booty burner I added on to the end of my workout. 10 reps of each move on both legs, repeating the whole thing 2-3x! I was feeling this in both glutes at the same time 😩
I’ll be honest...I HATE CARDIO but, it has to be done😫😫😫I cant be the only one to dislike cardio?!?! Either way, that’s 5 miles smashed for tonight’s session💪🏻I do love where I live I get to run in the most beautiful areas💖

My posture is better, I love my body for what it has turned into! I remember I always wanted a insta model body; tiny waist, thin stomach but muscles have become my bffs! Strength is awesome, pushing your body is amazing! The human body is very complex but intriguing! What you put in is what you get out, hard work is always noticed 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

The perfect pre workout shake 🤤
This tastes amazing if I do say so myself 💁🏽♀️ It also has the perfect balance of protein and carbohydrates pre workout and is also rich is potassium which is an electrolyte involved in muscle contraction 🤓 ▫️
-1 scoop of protein (I used my favourite salted caramel whey isolate from @myproteinuk
but vanilla would work well too)
-1 frozen banana 🍌 (a frozen one makes a shake sooo thick and delicious🤤)
-1 teaspoon coconut almond butter -150mls milk 🥛 (I use almond)
-4-5 ice cubes
Blend it all up until thick and creamy and enjoy 😋

Have been super busy the past few months with work, training, being sick, and life in general. Posting on this gram really hasn't been a priority... sorry but I've been out there living my best life and getting everything in order.
Life is short. I learnt this again this week as a friend unexpectedly passed away. I'm not going to spend time posting on here when my priorities are else where and when my life is changing shape. Just because I haven't posted doesn't mean I'm not training.
Super excited that my online presence business is taking a different angle and I'll get to have more focus on my creative side, woohoo!

Before you judge those of us who are committed to the gym as self-centered or superficial. Realize that for many of us the gym is our escape. Our sanity, and a place where we work not only on becoming strong physically, but mentally. I did not wake up like this! I changed my lifestyle for this. I worked out late for this. I sweat for this. I cried for this. I lift heavy for this. I work out every day for this. I made this, and this is worth it. Some days, I want to be there. Other days , I push myself for the sake of therapy. I’m here to remind you that is not easy, I did not just all of the sudden fell in love with fitness . It took time, a lot of time. Lots of tears, lots of will power that were nowhere to be found... but, now? this is home, and I ain’t going nowhere. (Did 4 sets of each exercise till failure, including the sprints since yesterday I had 3 pizookies🤭 🐷 🍪) P.s my last work out before I leave to work Comic-Con. Prepare yourself to see crazy humans again 😂
Been drinkin’ alotta beer lately 🤨 So I came to sweat some of it off 😂 I’ve been eating a lot of Tacos lately too... but those can stay in there! 😜🤗 my entire back and sportsbrs are drenched in sweat!!! An upper body circuit for your Tuesday ! 💃🏻
All you need is a pair of dumbbells 💪🏼 Circuit 1:
Inclined bench press x 15
Rotating lateral raises x 10
Overhead extensions x 15
Lying bench press x 15
Upright rows x 15
Triceps kickbacks x 12 each arm
I can never leave the gym without being sweaty, and knowing I gave it every ounce of my energy and heart.
But I’m not going to act like every single gym session I’m eager to go into, there are days that I don’t want to train or eat my meals.
I have to remind myself about the greater outcome and how amazing this lifestyle makes me feel. Self-discipline is key when comes to reaching your fitness goal. Oh and also pre workout from @elev8sportsnutrition

Sorry to disappoint... Going from 5xl to LARGE never thought I'd see the day!!! Work your ass off everyday doesn't matter if you cant physically hit the gym. Get your nutrition in check!! I don't like the word DIET if you haven't noticed.
Only until you change what you eat and drink will you see results. Every weight loss journey starts in the kitchen. It's the hardest and easiest at the same time. Once you commit for 30 days your locked in. Find healthy substitutions for your cravings. Stay hydrated above all get your gallon of water in daily.

Everyone has those days where they feel horrendous or represent a small whale 🐳 but honestly every body, any shape or size is beautiful in its own way. •
My main worry was people staring or looking out of place as if I shouldn’t be wearing that because my waist isn’t the smallest it could be or my arms are flabby but y’know what I just thought SCREW IT. 😏Today I loved my body, I loved it’s strength, its ability to deal with stress I put it under and actually looked at myself and said ‘look how far you’ve come’ 💃🏼
Your body is a beautiful thing, inside and out, and I challenge you to find three things you love/ like/ admire about your body! Whether that be just the ability of breathing or appreciating your booty gains! 💕 I promise, after you start looking at your positives, you will feel positive 😘
