Clearly there isnt a big difference between these photos, though BF% levels are very different. keeping lean in the offseason while chasing peak strength goals I believe has been a massive massive help in keeping muscle mass while cutting fat.

In her round 1 return to AFL Women's in 2018, Brennan kicked a match-best three goals in a 26 point victory over Fremantle. She would again be haunted by injury however, sustaining ligament damage to her right ankle in round 3. After three weeks on the sidelines she made her return in the Bulldogs' final match of the home and away season in round 7 against Melbourne. She captained the Bulldogs to a win in that match, securing a home-state grand final the week following.

I have a love ❤️ hate 💔 relationship with leg day... and yesterday was the latter. I’ve only been strength training twice a week (as I’m not quite ready to get back into it full time), and due to the low training volume I make sure I do my compound lifts every session 🏋🏻♀️.
I’ve said before that I’m building up to do working sets of 5x5.. Managed to hit four sets yesterday and was absolutely rekt! Literally feel like my nervous system has shrivelled up and died ☠️.
Will hopefully try to hit the volume I want next week! 🤷🏻♀️
