Y’all I went to Paris five years ago I was probably around 300-320 pounds..I’m guessing.. but look at how uncomfortable I was. I was scared to be myself. Whole heartedly. I was always nervous I couldn’t be myself because I’d be the “big girl” drawing attention to herself- when actually now people tell me I’m pretty darn funny 🤷🏻♀️😅 There’s probably a 100-120 pound difference between these transformation pics.
ALSO: I used to layer it Uuupppp!!! I used to wear leggings with a cami, my shirt/top, anddd a cardigan. (See notre dame pic).. NOOWW sprouting a skirt and a crop top say whaaaaaa 😋😛😋😛
DAYYYYYUUUUMMMM all that hard work not only helped my physical self but my emotional and mental self as well.
Don’t be afraid to go after your goals! It was the BEST decision I’ve ever made in my life. 💕💪

After a super extensive post rampage on shoulders, I think we're ready to understand how the arch actually "saves us" when benching. -
YES, you NEED to arch, and I don’t care whether you’re against this statement or not, because if you are.. chances are you’re mistaking the “right way to arch with the “wrong one”. -
Implementing an Upper Back Arch (Thoracic Extension) when bench pressing ensures 3 very important things, as you can see from the drawings: -
1) SAFETY: By lockig your shoulderblades back together and holding them there for the whole movement, you’re preventing yourself from getting injured in the shoulders/tendons areas. -
2) STABLILITY. Arching your upper back creates a strong “base” or muscle shelf where you can rest on, pushing your muscles against the pad. Glutes stay GLUED to the bench, and so do your feet. -
STRENGTH: this is simply the strongest way to bench press. By doing it correctly, you’re also able to load the exercise very heavy, therefore finally allowing yourself to build a strong and aesthetic chest!

We need our legs to perform basically in everything. If you play basketball, shoot a Trey without jumping. Not as easy or accurate.
Do any martial arts? All your power derives from your legs. Whether it's a punch or trying to get away while rolling. .
And just try to get intimate and don't use your legs. I dare you lol. I'll just leave this one right here 😏
Our legs are our largest muscle group specifically the glutes and quads. Why wouldn't you want to train them?
It might not be as sexy as chest and arms, but how sexy is a huge upper body with SpongeBob legs? It's best to be balanced. Not just for looks but for proper body function. .
Don't skip leg day fellas. I didn't. You can tell by the rip in my sweats lol. Don't worry I have shorts on underneath. .
