There are so many cool lifting free weight workouts out there that we often forget about all the machines that do just the same for our muscles without adding more stress on your other muscles! Machines help you in form too.
Spice up your workout. Add machines and workout one muscle group at a time. Go till u can't go no more and you'll feel the burn. As always, end with core and high intensity/cardio/conditioning.
