🍭Grasa rebelde o localizada🍭 . Mucha gente siente en diversas partes de su cuerpo, como por ejemplo en el abdomen o los glúteos esa grasa localizada que por más que pierdan peso sigue ahí, dicha grasa podemos denominarla “rebelde”. Cabe también destacar que ejercicios como los abdominales o las sentadillas no eliminan la grasa en zonas localizadas, sino de manera global, con un buen protocolo de entrenamiento, dieta y descanso. Es decir, hacer cientos de abdominales diarios no te van a eliminar la grasa en esas zonas. . Voy a escribir las pautas que bajo mi punto de vista son los más beneficiosos a la hora de perder esta grasa rebelde que tanto nos atormenta, lo he intentado resumir lo máximo, si queréis saber más o profundizar en alguno no dudéis en pedírmelo. . ▶️Dieta: Hipocalórica haciendo refeeds cada cierto tiempo para engañar a nuestro sistema hormonal. ▶️Ejercicio: Realiza hitt y cardio en ayunas para potenciar el efecto de las catecolaminas (niveles altos de catecolaminas, aumentan los niveles de la hormona movilizadora de grasa en los tejidos), aumentar el metabolismo, y a su vez oxidar más grasas. ▶️Entrena con pesas: Produce un efecto anti-catabólico, aumentando la testosterona y la hormona de crecimiento (hormonas potentes en la pérdida de grasa) y disminuyendo el cortisol (hormona destructora de músculo). ▶️Suplementación: La cafeína tiene un efecto potencialmente positivo en el aumento de las catecolaminas. ▶️El ayuno intermitente es otro protocolo que potencia la pérdida de grasa ya que la insulina está baja durante un tiempo prolongado y no hay efecto catabólico por el gran aumento de la testosterona en ayunas (a pesar de que el cortisol esté elevado). ▶️Otros suplementos: La Yohimbina tiene la capacidad de que las catecolaminas lleguen a más receptores beta 2, aumentando la movilidad de la grasa en las zonas más rebeldes. .
