Everyone is always looking for that magic solution to lose body fat as quickly as possible.
I get it, it’s totally understandable that you reach for the product/method that promises above and beyond what it actually delivers.
The fact is that ALL of these fad diets and weight loss products work by making you eat less! Less calories coming in and more being burned = weight loss. If you are not in deficit of calories, you won’t lose weight. PERIOD.
There is far far too many people complicating their fat-loss. Blaming hormones, metabolism, genes etc for not being able to get where they want to be. While these can be factors in fat-loss, they are not as important as remaining in a calorie deficit long enough to see results.
The biggest issue is these diets and products put you into a fat too extreme deficit to begin with. You lose weight at first, then you start getting food cravings, bingeing, eating more than you did before and putting the body fat back on plus more! Sound familiar?
SOLUTION: Find a way of eating that suits you, is tailored to your goal and dietary needs, doesn’t eliminate your favourite foods or your social life. If in doubt, hire a reputable coach and learn everything you can from them! They’ll be glad to help ✅.
