¿𝘾𝙪𝙖́𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙗𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙧? Si bien es cierto, cuando empezamos a entrenar queremos vernos con mejor aspecto físico, y hacemos todo por mejorar nuestro aspecto. Pero existen muchas personas que a causa del ansia por ganar masa muscular acuden a diario al gimnasio pensando que el ejercicio excesivo puede aumentar la masa muscular. No podemos tener a nuestros músculos en constante tensión. Esto es lo que se produce cuando entrenamos sin descanso pensando que de esta manera el crecimiento será mayor. Sí que es cierto que el descanso y el ejercicio tienen que estar equiparados, pero pasarse en alguno de los dos puntos es igual de perjudicial para el desarrollo de nuestros músculos. Cuando trabajamos un grupo muscular éste sufre estrés derivado del esfuerzo extra. Esta situación es la que hace que nuestro músculo crezca, pero para ello necesita realizar dos fases, una de estrés en la que incitamos al músculo a crecer, y otra de descanso y pérdida de esa tensión que es en la que crecemos realmente. Si esta fase no se respeta y el músculo siempre está estresado el crecimiento será mucho menor y el rendimiento también.
