Playing around with HDR from my trip to Yosemite earlier this Fall with my daughter, Morgan (Nov 2, 2018): stack of nine photos, each 2/3 of a stop apart.
This might be my favorite #yogaspot
yet. Studios are wonderful and I have met some of my favorite people practicing in them. Nature though. Nature is my preferred space for practice. The grounding that can be achieved as a result of connection to Earth is unbelievable. Thank you, Yosemite. You heal me.
Everything the light touches.
Half Dome from the valley floor in Yosemite National Park. This is probably my favourite image 😊
Half Dome at dusk (from Glacier Point)
Two years flew by with this one. Hiking miles up mountains, watching sunrises and sunsets from steep cliffs, swimming through ocean waves under a moonless night sky, and all that shit. Happy anniversary Tay. You bring so much joy, fun, and fulfillment to my life.
Sleeping in our truck, Lola, in front of this beauty is a memory we will never forget. ♥︎
Yosemite National Park
We weren’t able to hike Half Dome during our visit, it is most definitely not a dog friendly trail. But, someday we’ll be back & we’ll be standing at the top. ☺︎
A few snaps from my first visit to Yosemite, another adventure with Mom. I decided we had to get there before hitting the two year mark since moving back to California. It's such an easy day trip from here. Definitely not waiting so long to go back!
Here is another photo from Yosemite. This is Half Dome, elevation approximately 8,839 feet and the most popular place to visit in Yosemite. The hike to the top is long and steep. When you get close to the top there a cables you have to pull yourself up to get to the very top where most people wait their turn to stand at the edge of the Widow's Peak and look thousands of feet down at Yosemite valley.
