Vi var til misdannelse scanning i dag, men skal afsted igen, da lillebror ikke var samarbejdsvillig og derfor ikke lod dem se alt hvad de ville... Det hun kunne se så dog helt perfekt ud! 1/2 WAY PROGRESS PICS TO THE RIGHT ➡️➡️➡️. Working on my relationship with me lately and it is improving the relationships around me. I woke up 41 days ago in a bad place and decided then and there to make a change. I didn’t wait until Monday, I didn’t say next week I decided then and there that I needed some serious self care and took a leap of faith. It has been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. Today I have reached the 1/2 way mark of #80dayobsession with @autumncalabrese as my trainer and while I still have not perfected the timed nutrition I can say that I stay on track with the container lists about 80 - 90% of the time. I do continue to live my life and have cake at a party and chips with colleagues occasionally but this is a lifestyle I’m building and that is reality! Anyway, the next 40 days are going to be the best yet! I will continue to take care of myself, do my workouts and take on the timed nutrition plan... stay tuned and thanks for following and keeping me accountable! You have all been a motivator, for sure! After a hard day yesterday, it was a nice leisurely stroll to Tom Rd. This section will see you pass the official halfway point of the bibbulmun track and a nice rest stop at One Tree Bridge.
