Back for a second viewing of Hamilton with Amber. We have super, awesome seats, because our looooong legs need lots of room (insert sarcasm here). Got to look down in the pit and see some of the nooks and crannies where props are sitting on and just off stage, because that’s the stage manager in me. #hamilton #hamiltour #hamiltoncle
Post-show update: Never doubt the ability of an understudy. They are just as talented and amazing as the actor they temporarily replace. Always go in with an open mind when you see an understudy’s name on the cast list, because they can often blow us all away. @wonza1
absolutely crushed the role of Alexander Hamilton tonight. Would love to see what he is capable of doing in the other roles.
I was not going to throw away "My Shot" to see Hamilton. I was going to "Wait for It," but I kept wondering "What'd I Miss" and decided "That Would Be Enough" and I needed to "Take a Break" to go see it. And when the opportunity came, I wasn't going to "Say No to This." "The Story of Tonight" was that we got to learn about "Alexander Hamilton" and "Aaron Burr, Sir." Yes, "I Know Him," you know him, "We Know" him, but it was good to see a different perspective on history, where there is someone else "Who Tells Your Story." While "It's Quiet Uptown", it sure wasn't quiet downtown with Hamilton and the Indians both playing at the same time. I was definitely more than "Satisfied" with the performance, and I was "Helpless" trying to hide my emotions. I hope this is not "One Last Time" I will see it. You should go see it too, and you'll realize "You'll Be Back" to see it again and again "Non-Stop" because this show will continue to "Blow Us All Away." Only time will tell where this musical will rank amongst the others, but there is no doubt "History Has Its Eyes on You," Hamilton.
Ok I'm done.
