Today was lackluster on squats just was bloated and on the no energy team. Finished with a top set of 365lbs x2 and backed down to 315lbs for a 5x2 highbar squats sorry about the vid quality in the second frame. Finished with some accessories to get some work done any ways pretty bad day of training but we’ll push through. ✌🏽

Anyways I had to the most productive day today and it felt AMAZING to finish it off with a good glutes and hammies sweat sesh. There’s been a fire lit under my ass recently, and I don’t know where it came from, but I hope it burns for a long time 🔥. *

My own midweek motivation! 10 months between these pictures and only a 3lb difference! I've been working hard trying to grow my hammies and glutes and I can see the progress when I compare a side by side ((yaaasss)) 🙌🏼🍑 it's not easy and hasn't been! I've slipped on my diet, I've cried, felt unmotivated, saw the scale go up and down, wanted to give up but didn't. I kept pursuing and pushing! The workouts never stopped and regardless I kept pushing. Bodybuilding takes time, lots of time, and consistency. Sure I could progress quicker (always be 💯 on diet), but I like my freedom and I like my workouts to be fun! At this point the goal is a happy family, happy mind, happy me. The bonus is the muscle and badassery! 😜❤ .
