Oh to go back again and experience the thrill of trudging through freezing waters of the Buffalo River to climb atop “the narrows.” The view alone is worth it. Not to mention we saw a field full of elk. They were just too far away to snap a good shot. Photo cred. @joelalbany

What better way to spend my birthday evening. Hanging in a hammock, netflixing and hot chocolate with this girl. ✌🏼🌲
If you have pets and you spend time outside, then you know. They can be great companions for outdoor activities. When it comes to hammocking, pets can be the best companions because (depending on their size) they can fit easily into a tent or hammock with you. Cats are a shoo-in for hammock napping, and dogs can be best buds if they are the right size and temperament.
What are your pets like? Do they enjoy outdoor adventures? Or are they more “indoor” pets? (To read more on the Snuggle Situation, see the link in my bio.)

Some people give their photos artistic names. I guess if I had to name this one, I’d name it “ ‘bout to drop it like it’s hot.” Lolz
Guys..seriously! What is it with me and water shots?! Maybe I should seek professional help lolz. Anyway. Here’s a beautiful shot of a trickling although normally fully gushing waterfall in NWA. Enjoy
The biggest self accomplishment of 2018 is learning how to love alone time. Not needing anyone to be happy. Being content with myself. Hammocks provided that for me - you need not a single person to create an adventure, push your limits and enjoy nature.
What I did learn though was not nearly enough people used these things for those reasons & Now there is a growing community in Kansas City - thriving off of being together in nature. 🌲🌲
Hammock camping? Sign me up! There’s nothing quite like hanging between two trees. A vast sky full of clouds, full of stars and full of wonder. The sound of birds singing their songs and branches blowing in the wind. It’s natures melody. Listen close!
