Opening the kiln today felt like finally getting to where I've been trying to go this whole last year. A weird combination of excited and exhausted. Yay, I'm here, but whoa, the journey really took it out of me. I have many pieces to share over the next few days that I truly love, and will soon offer for sale.
‘I make primarily functional pieces people can use. I like the idea of bringing something special into everyday routines and rituals. I think it's important to surround yourself with carefully and beautifully made things. My aim I suppose is for my pieces to be beautiful both on their own and while they're being used, and for them to be used often and for a long time.’⠀
I finally got a chance to interview @littleboat_adrift
for our journal! Rhianna is so articulate, I thought I’d just post the interview. Link in bio @elliottstonline
