My strength levels are ok and my wrist flexibility is ... decent I guess.
Im going to spend time in the balance / proprioception zone soaking up that neural learning.
And morning day and night mastering the skill.

Hi, I’ve struggled recently with stress and anxiety: my food intake dropped as did my energy. I’m struggling with isolation and ‘imperfection’ but an evening after dinner with the sun setting under the hills really released that pressure 🌄I’m a hard working human. I’m not a failure nor am I unworthy. I work hard for what I want and I do need good fuel for that ☝🏻 it’s not about calories, appearance or macro nutrition. It’s about performance, stability and balanced homeostasis. Avoiding super duper processed food with more unnatural additives that actual food. It’s not about low calorie diet replacements! That doesn’t make something acceptable. High calorie is healthy too👏🏼 I’m ok. I’m starting college soon. I’m enough.
