The answer lies in the simplification of our life. Most people do too much. Narrow down to the most important people and things. Say “no” to everything else. Less is best. 🙏🏼🤸🏼♂️

As human beings we don't climb anywhere near as much as we used to. Constantly being on our feet, usually our asses and usually more so in bad positions our spines get bent out of shape badly.
Spinal compressions between vertebrae in the spine are the biggest cause of chronic back pain couple that with the ever-more common muscle dysfunction and imbalances and you got yourself a repeat prescription for life of organ killing pain killers.
That's just the general population. If you lift weights in a manner of squat, deadlift and over head pressing then you are in even more a precarious place when it comes to back health and remaining pain free. ..
The solution is very simple, add Deadhangs aka hanging from a bar into your warm up or even better cool down routines. Even more effective is the inversion hang as seen in second pic, of you have a fat head like me the weight of the skull gets that spine nice and long and you can hang out alot longer than holding yourself with your grip strength alone.
Inversion boots cost £30 max on amazon, if you tell me your back health isn't worth £30 then call up and let me slap you with a wet salmon across the face. (Whilst hanging you upside down) 😂
