It’s unbelievable how much my life affecting my performance. Even though I went to sleep at 2am (like every night, 3.15am the day before), I had an absolutely fantastic day yesterday. No stress, very promising news about the future, led to an amazing training session. I had an hour weightlifting before the class, I wanted to scale the wod, cause I’m shit at handstand push-ups, then surprised myself and I did all of them unbroken 10-9-8-7.... @wildcardsc

I still remember the time 3 years ago, when everyone hit some nice numbers and I was struggling with the hang cleans. It was frustrating. I didn’t understand why my hang cleans are so bad. Sounds funny, but very simple. I didn’t use the right muscles. They were sleeping, but I didn’t want to give up. I wouldn’t be here without the people around me.
