That's how a start my week
We're excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Fall 2018 Maintenance Course! 🚲🔧Common Cycle’s biannual maintenance courses are intended to help train future volunteers and community members by providing hands-on experience and general knowledge about fixing bicycles and assisting people who come to our open repair hours. The course will begin Tuesday, October 9th and run on 6 consecutive Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30 in Ann Arbor, concluding on November 13th. Spots are limited! 👩🏻🔧👨🏽🔧 Learn more and apply > link in bio.
Do you or someone you know need a bike? Then come on by this Saturday! We’ll have a number of bikes for sale as-is, as well as refurbished bicycles available for 6-month library checkout. Bike prices range from as little as $20 to $200. Our goal is to get bikes to those who most need them. Please share this with anyone you know who may benefit from having some inexpensive wheels to commute to class, work, or simply point A to B. 11am-2pm at the Co-op, 416 W Huron St. Hope to see ya!
We're just under two weeks away from concluding our fundraiser. Every little bit helps and we're so thankful to everyone who's donated thus far! 🧡🔧 Common Cycle is a non-profit, volunteer-supported, community-based organization empowering Ann Arbor to ride bicycles by providing access to education, workspace, and resources. Having recently moved into our new Co-op space, we now can make an even bigger impact on our community. 👩🏻🔧👨🏽🔧 Please help us reach our goal of $20,000 (we have $4,500 to go!) and make a donation today. To make your gift go further, donations through August 31 will be matched, thanks to generous friends of Common Cycle. We’ll get to color in more of our tool board––and we really like coloring! 🚲🖍 Tap the 🔗in bio to donate.☝🏽 Happy Bikes ➜ Happy People ➜ Happy Communities
