Had such a great experience with this team, they’re so sweet and amazing. I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity. 💕
Also congrats to the amazing cover gal @vickythevegan
Training to jog is not easy but it is so rewarding knowing that I am getting better each time I go out and push myself💪 What's even more exciting is ending my outdoor adventure hanging out with one of the horses🐎 What a great post workout💗
“I don’t sweat I sparkle.” ✨
I never would have thought in a million years that I would be sweating so much and get an awesome workout in the comfort of my own home!
Believe me the sweat was real today in this workout. It was literally dripping off me. 🥵
Do you want to workout in the comfort of your own home and not have to drive to the gym? Drop your favorite emoji below for more information! 👊🏻
Today I’m reminding myself that it’s ok to rest. That I’m a human being, not a human doing (even if it is a Monday).
Does anyone else have to remind themselves of this… A LOT??
For anyone out there who needs an extra nap, some kinder self-talk, and permission to just feel and chill a little bit more: permission granted.
Rest up. Be strong.

Staying hydrated is a huge part of my every day life. My jug of water is always within arms reach, even at bed time. .
Staying hydrated should be a part of everyone’s daily routine and this is why; .
1. It improves your physical performances. If you are someone active like myself, our bodies use up a lot of water during physical activity so being hydrated before physical activity, during and after helps our body to perform better. It reduces the chances of getting tired fast and will improve your endurance and helps in the recovery stage post workout. .
2. Keeping hydrated helps with weight loss with proper water intake. .
3. When you drink more water, you can also improve cognitive performance. When your body hits a state of dehydration it affects your brain function.
4. Lack of water can result in headaches or trigger a migraine. So keeping hydrated at all times can prevent these things. .
5. Proper hydration can help with overall health, from your skin, brain function, energy, organs and generally people who drink more water often have better moods than those who don’t! .
So stay hydrated, keep water near you and if you have a hard time consuming water, make it a goal to start!

🥐 this morning and am inspired to share my ✨Golden Orange Cranberry Loaf✨(recipe link in bio)
which, without question, is my favorite recipe creation yet this season! 🤗
Now time to remake the failed cookies from yesterday because if at first you don’t succeed, you try again (and eat cookie🍪dough in the process 😋) hope you’re having a happy Monday fam 💛 #CarolinelFranco
‘I love myself’.
Happy to be joining in on #mymindmyyoga
this week as it’s for a very important cause.
For some, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. But unfortunately, not everyone has the privilege of having a joyful Christmas.
Suicide rates drastically increase around this time of the year.
For every participant in the #mymindmyyoga
is graciously donating $1 to the international association for suicide prevention.
Remember, we each live separate lives. You never know what someone is going through. So please always remember to be kind and spread a little love where ever you are.
I’m sending love and light to every single one of you beautiful souls 💓
Have a Merry Monday 🎄✨
WEEKLY WEIGH IN... This week I have lost 0.8lbs bringing my total loss to 25.6lbs which is 19.4lbs above my target. I have eaten an average of 2,274kcal a day (2,052kcal after exercise). I've had a week where I have needed to eat. I was feeling very tired, a bit weak and unwell, so I ate all the food! Look at those calories and I still had a loss - this is probably down to the choices I made when it came to what I ate and the fact that I have continued to exercise.
In a bold move I have ditched my denim jeggings. I now have to stay this size to continue to fit into my jeans. To be fair my jeans do have a bit of stretch in them but have a proper waistband so unlike my jeggings will start to feel uncomfortable if I put weight on.
How am I feeling? I'm OK, well I've had a tough week with my youngest as he has been in an awful mood. Such is life.
I started back at body attack yesterday. I feel ready to push myself physically a bit more without it having a negative impact - previously I found that getting my heart pumping through cardio was adding to a stress already present in my body rather than helping to release it. I am pleased to say that I thoroughly enjoyed myself even though the class killed me, ha!
I've been busy getting organised with all things Christmas and actually think my shopping is all nearly done which makes a change when I compare to previous years.
Life is normal 😊

Baked sugar cookies today with my favorite taste tester. 🎄👩🏼🍳❤️
I LOVE Sundays. I get to rest, plan and prep for the week ahead. What are you doing today to better your tomorrow? If you are not loving your lifestyle, change it! Only YOU have the power to shape your tomorrow.
note to self: stop and give yourself way more credit.
Don’t let your failures outweigh your victories.
And get OUT of your head...so it wasn’t perfect, doesn’t mean you need to doubt every little thing.
Had to remind myself about all of this tonight and maybe so do you...every moment is a new moment to start fresh💛 #CarolinelFranco
A day without laughter is a day wasted!
It’s not Tuesday, but here’s a transformation for ya.. So the first picture is one month after having my son. Fast forward to now. There might be a big physical change between these two photos, but what you can’t see is the mental change. . .
I’ve learned to love the body God gave me with all of my imperfections. I’ve learned to make taking care of myself a priority. I feel happier, healthier, and stronger. 💛
