3 day refresh done! It was by no means my most perfect time doing this mini-cleanse, that’s for sure! My first night back at work, I ate a giant piece of fried chicken because there was a potluck I didn’t know about! 🙈 Ah, well! I also had coffee with my favorite coconut creamer all three days ☕️ #becausecoffee
, and I had double portions of the lunch and dinner vegetables and fats all three days. Why? Because you have to listen to your body! 🤷🏼♀️ Now that I’ve finished, I feel 100% better and ready to attack whatever workout I choose to do next! Down 3 inches of mojitos 🍸and tacos 🌮 in my waist, and 7 pounds of vacation gunk!
