Bench 80kgx5, 90x4, 100x3, 105x2, 110x1
After the alpha I did deadlift, following a programme to try and up my max.
5x100kg, 5x110kg, 2x10 at 121kg
Then an amrap at 121kg got 16reps.
Followed by pulling a 250kg sled wearing two weighted vest.
Followed by suicide saturday which really put the hurt on my legs.
Even got a leg 😁
