Day 2-Seated Pose
Wowsers that was tough... not so much the seated forward pose, but the selfie picture taking. 🤪And then uploading and the rest... 🤷♀️Gheesh, not easy friends, not easy at all. Yoga breathing and patience practice was needed over here! And after only about an hour of trying, I think I nailed it! #naileditasanas
. In the fashion of the baking show on Netflix, we will try to recreate some of those crazy poses we see on IG with—hopefully—some welcome humorous results.
Each day you will choose an asana for each category and attempt to nail that crazy pose you never thought to try before. Please share a pic of the pose you’re attempting so we can see how well you nailed it...or didn’t. 😄
‼️Please note that this challenge is meant to be fun and lighthearted. We’re not trying to shame anyone who does manage to get the perfect IG yoga photo. ‼️ Equally important is that we’re asking you to use your best judgment and DO NOT attempt something that will lead to injury! ‼️‼️
