I’m taking an initiative to be more mindful, by using each time I use #instagram as an opportunity to remind myself to simply #pause . Our minds naturally like to jump to something else - the monkey mind, jumping from vine to vine. Reminding myself to pause gives me time to back away from emotion, action, attachment or thought and simply be. Peace is readily available if we can be #present enough to see it.

Remember that truth or communication I mentioned a few days ago? This is the confirmation of action being taken. The Eight of Clubs gives the energy of quick sources of communication. You may be sending/receiving more emails/texts/calls more than usual or from people you don’t usually hear from. This can represent a specific message you are wanting to send or might unexpectedly be receiving. In any case, there is something wanting to come to light.
This can be in relation to something of the past that left a genuine and supportive impression on you. That relationship, that business you’re wanting to start?... this tells that it is safe to go forth in taking action towards your deepest passions and desires. You’ve been pondering for a while now, at this point, there’s nothing to it but to do it. You are supported here. Make those moves and begin this new chapter of breaking boundaries one step at a time. Namaste cuties, and so it is.
One year ago today... As I look at your pictures & go through your memory box- It's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. Today I'm imaging what it would be like if you were here, in my arms. I'm imaging your scent. I'm imaging who'd you look like. I often imagine what life would be like if you were here, as planned 💔. I call this my "medicine bag" 😂 ...I carry my roll on blends and samples so when I'm dropping off orders to friends, they can smell other oils and get some samples 😙 My mother who had been suffering from sinus pressure and headaches used my roll on blends and within minutes she said "I haven't been able to smell in weeks and whatever you gave me helped and my head doesn't hurt anymore!" Shit happens. To think it won't is naive & unrealistic
Wallowing in self pity 6 months after your bf left you or you lost your job isn't healthy. Should you be upset & disappointed, of course! Should you take a step back for a few days to grieve, yes! Acknowledging your feelings is a huge part of healing!
But checking out of life because a few shitty things happened over the past few years, is just as unhealthy as walking around saying "everything's fine🙃" as the sky is falling around you.
Take control of your life. Choose to be happy, despite the shit. Stop letting your experiences define you!
Become aware of your BS, make peace with it, appreciate the good, move forwards
🚨IN TERMS OF FAT LOSS🚨
Our cells are made up of energy. If you're constantly living in a negative state with toxic thoughts drowning your cells, how can you possibly expect to see a positive change?
When we look at fat loss the mind & body need to be on the same page. If your mental health is off- you're going to be hard pressed to see results no matter how hard you train & diet. Why?
Cortisol is your stress hormone. When elevated, it creates an negative ripple effect to all other hormones
Symptoms of hormone imbalance include: insomnia, anxiety/ depression, missed/ frequent periods, cravings/ loss of appetite, weight gain, low sex drive, lethargy etc.
Get your mind healthy & the body will follow.
Every night, write down 3 good things from THAT day. This will help you to be present in each day instead of living in the past, as well as help you appreciate the good. By appreciating, we realize how fortunate we are. The good starts to outweigh the bad, & we shift into a positive state!
Here again for me. And just me. I decided to move back home with my mom because I cannot handle my personal life right now. I’m feeling guilty as a 31-year-old about failing like that. I’m focused on succeeding in every aspect of my life that I can. New personal best for bench press at 130 pounds plus the bar. She brought me food at 2 AM at the hospital. She hugged me today. She told me she loved me today. But we are still not together. Time. Healing.

Aaahhh!!! I'm so excited!!! My first shipment for my book, Beauty in the Valley of Rejection just came in!! I can't wait to mail these off to those of you interested come Tuesday!!! When I look back at the plans I had for my life, they were so small compared to God's. I was supposed to graduate from college and become a TV news reporter. God kept His hand and favor on my trail, closing doors He never had in His plan for me, and making sure that I made it to the ones He did. I experienced a lot of frustration on the journey, but I'm so glad I let Him lead. I never imagined writing a book that has the potential to encourage, inspire, heal and set other's free!! This is bigger than me and bigger than the plan I had for my life, and every day , He makes the purpose for which He created me, clearer. I just want to encourage anyone who may be frustrated on their journey! Follow God's lead, He will not fail you and His plans for your life are unfathomable. Just wait. You'll see! ❤️ 3 days...
