2️⃣ The primary type of GMO is a crop genetically altered to not die when sprayed with powerful toxic herbicides and insecticides. Many of the creators of these GMOs are also the company producing the herbicide and insecticide. You can see why they want to protect these. 💰More pesticide resistant crops = more widespread spraying of the pesticides. GMOs directly contribute to increased glyphosate in the environment and grocery store. Other crops are genetically engineered to unnaturally preserve from spoiling. -

• Another scenario...Would you trust a doctor...That couldn't make up his/her mind of how they should treat their own simple illness? One minute, they say they will take some ibuprofen and let it ride, then 10 minutes later, they change their script, grab some oxycodone & morphine only to then, change their minds once again, saying they will take an aspirin with a shot of Robitussin. 🙄😕🤯 I hope not. • If you went to a therapist to talk to them about your problems & you noticed they were playing Fortnite when you looked over your shoulder at them while awaiting a response...Would you want to return back & pay for more service. Do you really trust them? 💡 Things to look for & think about when looking into seeking service from a PT, Dr, therapist, attorney...anyone for that manner. 💡

This morning over coffee I got to thinking about more pores. Ya. That’s right my pores on my face specifically. 😂😂
I heard on an IG story recently that one should not be able to see your pores. “Ever!” Was the words from this professional. 🙄😑🤦🏼♀️
I’m wondering when did it become unacceptable to be human with actual human attributes such as pores. When did it become unacceptable to age as designed. When did wrinkles and age become a burden, rather than a sign of the wisdom and honor of a long life well lived. When did we become obsessed with aesthetics of our bodies rather than the health of our hearts, minds and body? Did we forget that when we focus on the health, that naturally all the others fall into place?
Don’t get me wrong, I get it if you are all about the Botox, fillers, lasers, scalpels and this is not to say I wouldn’t ever do any of that (lord knows I’ve considered it all) I’m just wondering......who the fuck decided we shouldn’t see our pores??!!

I get asked often, "how did you get started at the gym?"
Well, it's simple, I just started. I didn't give up when I wanted to the most. It's not hard to get started, it's hard to stay committed to it.
I started out 3-4 days a week, 1 hour a day (one dreadful hour a lot of the time if I'm being honest) doing resistance cardio, whether it be ok the treadmill at a high incline, the elliptical at a high level, helix at a high level.
I'd do abs (4 sets of 25 sit ups) and hand weights.
There was MANY times I forced myself to go because I DIDN'T wanna do it but I knew I SHOULD. I had goals and plans for myself and I wasn't gonna let my weak side stop me again.
This is the LONGEST EVER IN MY LIFE I've been in the gym, been consistent and dedicated. I've been going 15 months straight! It's all about mindset and will power.
Don't tell yourself you can't, because you can.

✔️ Different sources of protein contain different essential vitamins and nutrients. Red meat is rich in vitamin B12 and iron whereas fish like salmon or sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids
📝 Eating too much of the same foods over and over again not only gets boring but can lead to dietary deficiencies. Here is what I usually choose from:
🍗Chicken or turkey - white meat is the leanest choice, but I wouldn't give up on dark meat if you skip the skin. Both chicken and turkey give you about 22-25 grams of high-quality protein, along with B vitamins and selenium. Chicken is also easy to cook.
🥩 Beef - lean meat delivers up to 27 grams of protein, along with a healthy dose of iron, zinc, vitamin B12 and numerous other nutrients.
🍖Pork - contains branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are key in supporting muscle recovery. If you choose lean pork, it is not that high in fat.
🍤Shrimp - type of sea food very low in fat (only 0.3g per 100g of shrimp) and gives you 24 grams of protein. It is reach in vitamin D, niacin, selenium and vitamin B12. Moreover, shrimp contain antioxidants such as astaxanthin, which reduces inflammation and oxidative damage.
🐟 Cod - is a great source of vitamins B3, B6 and B12, as well as omega 3 fatty acids, all of which provide benefits for heart health. Additionally, cod contains selenium, magnesium and potassium. it is packed with protein (18 grams), low in calories and has little fat.
Salmon - it supplies iron, zinc, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, in addition to a whole host of other nutrients you need for good health. It tends to be very high in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
