I am asked very frequently what sports I practice or what is my #gym
Só today I am taking some time to cover this subject and give you more or less an overview of my vision of "keeping in shape" .💪👽
To be honest, so far, what was hard for me was not to get my body in shape (pretty much everyone can achieve that) but rather get my mind in shape and ally consistency with acceptance...🙏💕
First, consistency in what I believe does me good: excercing, and second acceptance of the fact that I am human, that my body is different from others and is #beautiful
no matter the shape it has just the way it is. 😍
My fit journey today is not about having a body that fits to the #beauty
standards. However, it is all about feeling #good
with my self, nourishing my mind and soul and taking care of my physical and mental health.
I eat well, I am flexible with my food and I never miss a chance to hike, danse, jump, have fun and weight lift because I simply feel amazingly good after producing andorphine, sweating and freeing my body and my mind from tensions.
If I have to sum up, eat well, choose sports you like to practice, have fun and be more kind with your self.🤗
