This recipe is for those of us who don’t know anything about baking, but still want to make some yummy treats!
🔶R E C I P E🔶
1c Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein
1c Kodiak Power Cakes
1c Pumpkin Pure Filling
1/2tsp baking powder
1oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
🔷I N S T R U C T I O N S🔷
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
3. Spray PAM into cupcake mold.
4. Evenly disperse ingredients into the cupcake mold.
5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
🔶F R O S T I N G R E C I P E🔶
1. Mix one scoop vanilla protein with 1-2oz of almond milk until thick or pudding like.
BOOM 💥! Super easy recipe and they came out really freaking delicious. Can’t beat that!

This is so true, not only does it suck but each time it makes it a little harder to get back on track. If you commit to something, see it through, especially your health, nutrition and fitness routine. Your health is so important and should be a priority just like it is to pay your bills or taking care of your kids. You have to be healthy in order to take care of people (yourself included) and things. A little motivation for a beautiful Monday! Keep focused, stay strong and be kind.

As much as I love and use amazon prime, Your body is not amazon prime, it is not going to just show up in 2 days. Your body didn’t end up in this shape in two days, you can’t expect it to bounce back in two days. There is no quick fix, there is no magic pill. Have patience, give yourself grace, give yourself time, practice self love, and add one good thing in at a time until it is part of your life. We are all different and what works for your friend or you Mom, may not work for you. Maybe today for focus on adding your daily water in. Once that feels comfortable, focus on getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Once that is routine, focus on adding in 7-9 servings of vegetables and fruit each day. Next focus on adding in 20 to 30 minutes of moving your body a day. Once that feels comfortable, add in starting your day with a meditation or stretching. Once you have that, focus on eating clean and real food 80% of time. Add in the good and slowly crowd out the bad. Notice how I didn’t tell you to give up anything? Nope, I don’t believe in deprivation. Don’t do something you can only do for a short time, make a lifestyle your can do for life💚

The Nigerian Optometric Association on Monday warned the general public against the use of urine, breast milk, and acid, among other unconventional stuff, when infected with conjunctivitis, popularly known as ‘apollo.’ Conjunctiva, which produces mucous to coat and lubricate the surface of the eye, contains fine blood vessels that can be seen on close inspection.
The eye care specialist, however, urged the public to maintain proper hygiene by washing their hands thoroughly before and after applying eye drops on infected persons.
