If a "cure" can earn the finder a great deal of money, it will be released, however if a cure or prevention is relatively cheap or even free, it will be hidden by the drug companies... and those in their pockets, so Joe public doesn't get to hear about it.
There are many diseases that are on the increase, due to poor lifestyle choices AND ill-advised (and often unknowing) recommendations from authorities in the past.
However, instead of owning-up to their mistaken advice and trying to PREVENT, mitigate or cure these - by suggesting lifestyle changes, we are all too often recommended "cures", after the fact, which, all too often cause other problems - as these bring in far greater riches to those offering them!

🌟I used to really pay this no mind until i researched and realized how much sense it actually makes ! I was rubbing chemicals on my body, irritants on my face, ''cleaning'' myself with things that actually made me more dirty on the inside, lathering my hair with toxins and absorbing aluminum through my arm pits .... then wondering why they were so itchy ( gross , i know lol )
😁It's more than surface level ... these products actually are proven to mimic hormones, disrupt the endocrine system, and have toxic effects on the body
🌈Since being more aware of this not only i have felt good about supporting companies who go against the conventional way of doing this and actually caring about health , but i've also had better results and peace of mind

I was once in your shoes as well, and I was tired of being told I had no options. There are options, and sometimes they start with you asking questions and searching for more.
Its wild to me to think that this time last year I was following Lily on Instagram, having never met, and just passively watching her fitness journey.
Fast Forward to April of that year and I signed up as a coach with her.
And I’ll be honest… it was for some extra money. ✨
I didn’t understand the impact it would have on my health and fitness. I’ve lost 20 lbs since then. I can see muscle definition (when I flex 😉) And I plan out and meal prep 90% of my meals.
But the biggest thing I wasn’t expecting. The amazing ladies I would meet on this journey. 👯♀️I never would have imagined coming on a trip like this one.
4 days of training, working out, and just bonding with my ladies! So is that the added bonus to being a health and fitness coach? No.
It’s the PEOPLE that make coaching worth it. Not the weightloss and not the money. I will be forever thankful for the people this opportunity brought into my life.

10 months ago. when i first saw this pic, i got sad & thought “dang i miss that body, gotta lose 10 pounds asap.” & then i thought again and was like... wtf dana you look almost the same, stfu & accept yourself as you are. yeah, you might be fluffier now but no one notices it to the extent you do, AND you know how to fix it so just get out there & do it 😎 one thing i DO miss though is having clear skin. if anybody would like to share acne tips plz comment below!!! i have had consistent forehead acne for the the past 6 months, and this is the first time in my life where i feel like it’s not going away but YOU KNOW WHAT thats ok. but it would be nice to not deal w it anymore so ya. help a sister out!

🍉20 foods that don't require calorie counting.
🍉Being a calorie counter means I'm always crunching the numbers. Here's my personal list of foods that is impossible to overeat. Either they're super low in calories that you don't really need to be mindful of how much you eat, or they really fill you up quickly and you feel super stuffed before the calories add up to anything game changing.

🍉16) bell pepper
🍉20) green beans
🍉During my weight loss journey I still weighed them religiously. It was only about half a year ago that I started to just stuff them in my mouth without thinking too much.

This 2 sentences were from my journal 2 years ago. At the time, they were my biggest desires and I wasn’t close at all to achieving them. My friend @notahippychick
had told me that she she would write “Wouldn’t it be cool if...” and then whatever it was , no matter how big or small. So, I started doing that, and intentionally praying for it. I wrote those sentences pretty much daily.
We bought a house in Brea in July that year - and I truly didn’t think this would happen. Orange County is expensive. I really wanted to live in Brea because we had already been raising our family here and we love this city. I thought my only real options were a condo ( and I really wanted a yard ), move farther away and commute , or to just move out of state where it’s cheaper and start over. But God saw that everything I asked for in a house was answered ❤️ 🏡 .
I didn’t do it that year, but the next year I finally did lose the weight - and this year I am keeping it off
Be intentional with your goals - pray about them, think about them, put together a plan of action for them ❤️

You have to sacrifice and prioritize to reach your goals! They aren’t going to come by putting them last on your list!

This is me.
In November last year, while at Disneyland Paris, I turned 30.
At the start of last year (2018) I told myself I was going to get healthy, lose weight and be a different person by the time it was my birthday. That failed.
Well, not completely because I AM a different person in my mind, but my body hadn’t changed and I was the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life.
After that holiday I looked back at the photos and felt sad, ashamed and gutted because I hadn’t been able to enjoy it as much as I could have with my family because of my weight. So from that moment on I started to think, pray and plan.
This is it for me. This is my year.
It’s coming close to the end of January already and the weight is coming off slowly and healthily and I feel so positive in my mind. I’m ready.
That’s why I decided to start this account, just to keep motivated, find other people in this weight loss and fitness community and keep a record of my journey.

It’s been my best friend for the past 12 hours.
Not sure where I picked up this crud, but it was no fun.
And I have not been sick like this in years! . In all honesty, it was extremely short lived. I just hate getting sick like this.
Now to just deal with the body aches. .
