Ayer me pediais la receta de las barritas de almendra, caramelo y chocolate que publiqué, así que, aquí la teneis. Son mucho mas saludables que cualquier chocolatina del mercado y están buenísimas! Espero que os gusten tanto como a tod@s las que las hemos comido por aquí. Y si las haces, no olvides etiquetarme o comentar qué te han parecido, porfa! 👆 Base de galleta: 1 taza de harina de almendra 1 taza de copos de avena 1/2 taza de coco rallado 1/3 taza de pasta de dátil 1 cucharada de cacao puro en polvo 1 cucharadita de vainilla o canela Pizca de sal Procesa todos los ingredientes y en un molde rectangular de silicona o forrado con papel vegetal, pon una capa, presionando bien con las manos. Hornea a 170° unos 8 minutos. * Si tu molde es pequeño y ves que queda una capa demasiado gruesa, no uses toda la mezcla. Puedes hacer galletas con lo que te sobre! Caramelo: 1/2 taza de crema de cacahuete. (Yo no la tenía casera y usé la de @rapunzel_naturkost que es supercremosa) 1/3 taza de pasta de dátil 2 cucharadas de sirope de arroz 1/4 taza de tahini 1 cucharadita de vainilla 1 cucharada de aceite de coco (o 2 si tus cremas de frutos secos no son muy cremosas) Mézclalo todo hasta que quede cremoso. Extiende una capa generosa sobre la capa de galleta y déjalo enfriar. Mete el molde unos 20 minutos en el congelador para que endurezca. *Si te sobra caramelo puedes guardarla en un tarro de cristal en la nevera y usarla para untar tostadas, rellenar galletas... Cuando endurezca, desmolda y corta barritas con un cuchillo. Reserva en la nevera mientras derrites el chocolate. Chocolate: 120 gr. de chocolate lo más puro que tengas o una tableta con más de 70% de cacao (yo usé chocolate negro 73% de @chocolatessole ) 1 cucharada de aceite de coco Derrite el chocolate al baño maría y mézclalo con el aceite de coco. Vete cubriendo cada barrita con el chocolate. Cuando estén todas bañadas, pon más chocolate por encima haciendo líneas con una cuchara. Guárdalas en la nevera hasta consumir (saca 10 minutos antes de disfrutar). 🇪🇸 Alguna vez hay que pecar, ¿no? 😁 Mi madre me hacia esta tarta cuando era pequeña para mi cumple y tengo compañeras del cole que cuando me ven todavía me dicen lo buena que estaba 🤭 He intentado hacer una versión algo más sana: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿TARTA DE CHOCOLATE Y NUECES🌿 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿Ingredientes🌿 60g. pan rallado (el mío casero de pan de espelta integral), 6 huevos (separados yemas y claras), 150g. azúcar de coco, 6 onzas de chocolate negro para postres, 150g. nueces molidas y nata montada. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿Procedimiento 🌿Mezclar muy bien las yemas con el azúcar, añadir el pan rallado y las nueces y cuando esté bien integrado echar el chocolate previamente derretido. Montar las claras a punto de nieve en integrar con movimientos envolventes. Hornear 20-25min. a 180° y hacer la prueba del palito. Cuando esté hecho, dejar enfriar, cortar por la mitad en sentido horizontal, cubrir la parte de abajo con nata, poner la parte de arriba, cubrir de nata y adornar con frutos rojos. . . 🇬🇧 Sometimes we have to succumb to certain things, right? 😜 My mum used to bake this cake for my birthday when I was a child and I have some school friends that still remember it and, when I meet them, they always remind me of how good was this cake 🤤 I have made a healthier version: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿 CHOCOLATE AND WALNUT CAKE🌿 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿Ingredients🌿 60g. breadcrumbs (mine were homemade from a whole spelt bread), 6 eggs (yolks and whites separated), 150g. coconut sugar, 6 black chocolate squares, 150g. ground walnuts and whipped cream. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌿Method 🌿Mix the yolks with the sugae, add breadcrumbs and walnut and then melted chocolate. Beat the whites until they are stiff and add to the other mix with encircling movements. Bake for 20-25min. at 180° and once it's baked, let it cool and halve it horizontally. Cover the lower part with cream put the upper part and cover everything with more cream and garnish with red fruits. . . . . .

Hoy he salido al campo a recoger moras para hacer este delicioso Chutney especiado. Te doy la receta. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ El Chutney es un acompañamiento agri-dulce y un poco picante muy utilizado en la cocina de la Índia. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTES CHUTNEY DE MORAS -500 g de moras -3 cucharadas azúcar de coco -1 cebolla roja cortada a dados -1 trocito de jengibre -1/4 c.postre de cayena en polvo -1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana -sal y pimienta la gusto ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PREPARACIÓN 1) pon todos los ingredientes menos el vinagre en un cazo y cuece todo 5 minutos a fuego medio.
