I can’t believe how good I feel eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle even though I have a high stress career within a medical and university education field and was on pills for pain and just to sleep through the night, but no more! The pic on the left is the night before I started my own Healthy Transformation Journey the first week in January of this year and the other 2 pics after 4 months! Been working really hard to get here. I Completely changed the way I eat. I actually eat way more then I did before. I just eat clean food, whatever that means🤷🏽‍♀️. So I guess lots of lean proteins like bison, turkey, elk, venison and fish . I also eat tons of veggies without dressing.. just olive oil lemon and balsamic. I use lots of spice and herbs.. no added sodium or sugar. I cook everything in butter and I still eat dairy and bread... just not as much.. obviously. I don’t feel like Im missing out on any food.. when I feel like something sweet I have it, Mostly I stick to dark chocolate though. Wine I drink daily 🤷🏽‍♀️😬 I cant help it. I haven’t changed much about exercise I’ve always had a pretty good routine. My advise for anyone trying to get fit and change their body is to stick with it. If it becomes a lifestyle and not a diet it’s easy to keep it going, it becomes second nature to choose the better option. I never thought I could actually do this. I always thought it was just how I was built. I have always worked out so hard and never really saw much results. Diet really is the key but exercise is also a big part of my success. Good luck to anyone who has decided to change to a healthier lifestyle. I’m still not sure I want to put up a before photo😬😬😬 I want to say thank you to Donna @ponobodytransformation for helping me reach my goals. And thanks to all my friends for supporting me. It is evident from the scientific and medical literature that repletion and maintenance of Mg sufficiency can have a profound impact on many common clinical conditions routinely seen and managed by health practitioners.
