In this book, I drew a big picture about the human body by describing some anatomy, mentioning some diseases (how preventing or curing them), and recalling few medications that I consider more efficient. There are also few personality tips about how to improve to a better-self. Practically, most of the information provided in the book are based on my own personal knowledge and experiences.

How many times do you over analyze something until your actually stressing about it before you even started?!? I know I have and still struggle with it.
Think about how things could be different if you just acted and didn’t analyze the shit out of it.
Some of the most successful people act quickly and precisely so they can execute a plan, the most important thing however is when the plan isn’t exactly going the way you thought you need to adjust and adjust quickly. That’s the most beautiful part of the process is learning from having to constantly readjust your process to keep it in line with your goals.
In Kevin Terms (KISS) Keeping it simple stupid.. When your driving a car and your going around a corner that you can’t see around, you still keep driving and adjust on the fly and react with purpose to keep you on your way to you destination.
Don’t stop when you see the blind corner, blast through that Sum Bitch with conviction. You’ll be surprised how far you’ll go.

Winter’s here in 5 days!!! Back in Melbourne winter is wet and cold. This was obviously out of my control, but how I let this change in temperature affect my mood, my vibration and my ability to enjoy life was within my control.
If you’re not a winter person be conscious about how you are affected and therefore showing up. Make plans to get away. Find ways to enjoy the change in season.
Don’t let your light be dimmed, it is who you are.
