Рулет элементарно прост в приготовлении,не люблю заморачиваться со сложными рецептами,люблю быстро,просто и вкусно👍🏻
Значит берём лаваш,смазываем столовой ложкой творожного сыра с зеленью,на край лаваша кладём все слоями
🍀листья салата 🍅помидор,порезанный кружочками 🥚яйцо
Все сворачиваем в рулетик🌯
Нарезаем и лопаем😂
Рулет большой,поэтому хватит на несколько завтраков👍🏻
По поводу овсянки,как всегда все просто,насыпала в тарелку,залила кипятком,сверху кокосовая стружка,банан и клубничка🍓🍓🍓

150-200ml coconut and almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
Cook on the hob until creamy then add 1 tsp cacao powder and mix well
