Hay a alguien que no le guste la combinación de naranja con chocolate?🤷🏼‍♀️. Es todo un clasico y a mi me flipa🤤🤤. . Bizcocho de naranja🍊con chips de chocolate🍫. . 2 huevos. 3 claras. 150gr de avena sabor naranja de @fullgasdonosti . 50gr de almendra molida de @frutosecopuntocom . 10gr de levadura. El zumo y la ralladura de una naranja. 100gr de queso batido 0%. 100gr de chocolate 100%. . Espumamos los huevos y las claras. Añadimos el zumo y la ralladura y mezclamos, el queso batido y volvemos a mezclar con las varillas con cuidado. En otro bowl mezclamos la avena, la almendra y la levadura. Poco a poco lo incorporamos al bowl de huevos hasta conseguir la masa. Partimos el chocolate en cuadraditos y lo incorporamos a la masa. My whole face gets sensitive! - But on a plus note it’s the first outbreak I have had for months and I used to get the nearly every month! - This week (and it’s only Tuesday!!) is already pretty rubbish!!!! - Wow what a moaning old moo I am this morning!! WOE HAST DU ES GESCHAFFT MEHR ZU ESSEN UND ZUZUNEHMEN OHNE DICK ZU WERDEN? Diese Frage bekomme ich hier auf Instagram fast täglich gestellt und diese zu beantworte ist eigentlich recht simple. Ich habe immer im 2 Wochentakt meine kcal um 200 gesteigert und diese mit einer App getrackt. Dazu habe ich aber auch gleichzeitig Kraftsport gemacht und konnte durch das vermehrte essen auch ein paar Muskeln aufbauen. Auch ich hatte am Anfang totale Angst unförmig auszusehen wenn ich mehr esse oder dicke Beine zu bekommen, doch heute weis ich, dass diese Sorge völlig unnötig war. Es gab zwar auch Zeiten wo ich mich extrem unwohl gefühlt habe, doch ich habe es einfach ausgehalten und das war es definitiv wert, denn heute geht es mit besser denn je und ich bin super glücklich, dass ich das damals durchgezogen habe🙏🏻❤️ MAN SOLLTE EINFACH MAL MACHEN, KOPF AUS UND LOS!!! Im Voraus kann man eh nicht wissen wie es am Ende aussieht, also bleibt einem eh nichts anderes übrig als es einfach zu versuchen! Do you ever wonder why we say, "follow your gut?" 🤔 Have you ever had a feeling about something, that later you found out was true? It happens to me all the time, and every day I learn how to better follow that God given intuition, even when logic points in the other direction. 🕊️ What's cool is that there is science behind this, too! Our gut has a nervous network, the enteric nervous system, that is now being called the 2nd brain! What we feel in the gut, is also felt in the brain. When we have leaky gut, where the tight junctions allow passage of molecules that it shouldn't allow due to damage, we are also likely to get leaky brain, because the tight junctions are the SAME. This causes things like brain fog, lack of concentration, etc. 😮 We also have direct neurotransmition from the gut that can upset the brain (effect mood), just like the brain (emotions) can upset the stomach. This highlights the importance of keeping both healthy. We usually cannot control what happens, but we can control our responses, especially when it comes to the way we eat and live. I was severely stressed emotionally, physically, and financially. But I had a family to take care of so I used the excuse that I was too busy to take care of myself. (SOUND FAMILIAR?) That picture on the left was at our Grand Isle vacation last year. Even though I enjoyed watching my kids have fun and play in the water, I was so miserable in the heat, carrying around all that weight. I decided I needed to do something... Anything!!!
