Every morning I wake up and get myself and Baby ready for the day. We listen to calming meditation music and I stretch her limbs out and speak to her about various things. Then we go to the kitchen so I can prepare my breakfast. Today it was this super satisfying coconut banana breakfast shake! We may not have walked 500 miles but it certainly felt like we did! A fantastic Scottish themed fundraiser exercise class organised by the amazing leaders at @fsaberdeen at the Cults Sport Complex this Sat! Keeping fit and active moving to Scottish tunes and artists such as The Proclaimers and Texas everyone had a great time exercising and helping to raise funds to help us continue to rebuild lives in Scotland and their local Aberdeenshire Community. Toda segunda feira, academia lota devido a galera ter enfiado o pé na jaca. E ainda temos muitos professores dizendo que tem que compensar em exercício. O que eu tenho a dizer é que exercício não é #matemática que é uma ciência exata, então aumentar sempre a quantidade de exercício pode não é uma boa estratégia, porque quando você passa mais tempo treinando do que descansando, começamos a ter a chance de lesionar, ai podemos engordar mais ainda se você se machucar. Portanto procure equilíbrio, não é porque acordou um pouco mais pesado quer você engordou, que vai querer correr 2 horas pra compensar, se fosse assim ia ter gente que comeu e bebeu tanto no final de ano que elas iriam ter que morar na academia uns 6 meses. A meal plan that puts the spotlight on calories, depending on your goals, is most ideal.⠀ --⠀ 🍴 IT ALLOWS "TREATS" IN MODERATION - Depriving yourself of the fun food not only makes you nuts, it can also lead you to stray permanently from your meal plan. Throwing in treats in moderation keeps you sane and less likely to give up. Your meal plan DOES NOT have to be boring!⠀ --⠀ 🍴 IT CAN BE SUSTAINED LONG TERM - There's not much point in following a meal plan that you can't sustain.
