Hallo sweeties wie wil er nu niet met dit zalige weertje een lekker gezond ijs alternatief eten?Avocado honing nicecream yummy voor met dit weertje 🥑😋. Ingrediënten: 2 avocado's 1/2 banaan 95 gr honing 60 ml kokosyoghurt Snuifje zeezout Wat citroensap ( knijpje) 1.Pel de avocado en snij deze in de helft .Verwijder de pit .Snijd de avocado in stukken en plet met een vork .Doe de avocado in de blender met de banaan ,honing en mix . Doe hierna de kokosyoghurt en het zeezout erbij en mix nog even. Mix tot je een smeuige/ cremmige massa krijgt. New recipe!! Vegan lentil "meatballs"! ✨ I promise you these meatballs are Sooo good!! Incredients : 🍂1 cup lentils 🍂1 cup red lentils 🍂1 cup ground oats 🍂1 cup whole grain flour 🍂1 cup bread crumbs 🍂1/2 cup nutritional yeast 🍂1 tbsp chia seeds 🍂1 tbsp garlic powder 🍂1 tbsp dried oregano 🍂1 tbsp dried basil 🍂1 tbsp maple syrup 🍂1 tsp seasoning mix 🍂1 tsp salt (add more if you want) 🍂 Sunflower seed oil to fry the meatballs 🍅5 tbsp tomato paste 🍅400gr tomato juice 🌱1/4 cup virgin olive oil ✨ Preparation : Cook the lentils together, take them off the water and let them cool. Once they cool down put them in the food processor and blend them until you have a smooth mix. Soak the chia seeds in 3 tbsp of water for 10 min. This gel like mix is called "chia egg" and can be used instead of 1 regular egg. In a big bowl put all the ingredients and mix with your hands. If the mixture is too sticky you can add more flour. Let the mix sit in the fridge for 1 hour. ✨ Cooking process : Form the "meatballs" and fry them in hot oil (i used sunflower seed oil) for 1 min each side. When ready put the lentil "meatballs" on paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Serve with pasta and tomato-basil sauce. That's it! Loved it and I'm surely going to make them again soon!! Enjoy!!!

Good morning world! (more like midmorning now). I have been doing better with my exercise regimen. I worked out four times last week, which is more than usual. Still not as good as I'd like, but I am happy with my progress.🙂 . With that being said, I have to get back on track with my diet too. It's been difficult being on such a strict diet plan, and lately I have slipped up more than I'd like. Recently I have been making sure to experiment in the kitchen more to inspire myself to eat better. . You guys. These Zoodles. Chi vuole un asparago??? 😂 *IO LE FRITTATE NON LE ARROTOLO, ecco. Le magno piatte. Le taglio a spicchi. Come la pizza 😂 Ma la roba più buona è nel panino. Nel panino che si ammolla un po’ se lo incartocci nell’alluminio😋 * ⭐️#Frittata di #asparagi e #pecorino ⭐️ GOODMOODFOOD!!! Ingredienti x una frittata x 2 300g di asparagi 4 #uova 1 goccio di latte 4/5 cucchiai pecorino fresco grattugiato sale e pepe olio evo * Togliete la parte dura e Lessate gli asparagi per 8/10 minuti in acqua salata acidulata col succo di limone, in una pentola alta e stretta in modo che le punte rimangano fuori dall’acqua per verticale, così rimangono belle verdi e croccantine. Poi tagliate gli asparagi un po’ a rondelle, un po’ a tocchetti, un po a bastoncini, insomma un po’ a caso 😂, lasciando le punte intere. Sbattete in una ciotola le uova con il latte, il pecorino, 1 pizzico di sale e pepe e unite mescolando gli asparagi. Scaldate un po’ d’olio in una padella di circa 25cm diametro e procedete a cuocere la frittata nel modo classico, 1/2 minuti per lato, rigirandola a metà cottura con il coperchio. Scolatela su carta da cucchina. * Io la faccio così 😋 E voi come la fate la frittata igers? 🇫🇷 C'est l'heure de manger 🤗😋. J’ai pris l’habitude il y a quelque temps de me préparer la veille au soir un overnight porridge. Cest un mélange de lait ( d'amande dans ce cas) et flocons d’avoine, agrémenté de multiples saveurs. Il est vraiment Copieux et permet de déguster des fruits de saison en accompagnement, ce qui est toujours une bonne chose ! * * 🇩🇪 Es ist Zeit zu essen 🤗😋. Ich habe mich vor einiger Zeit daran gewöhnt, in der Nacht zuvor einen overnight porridge zu kochen. Es ist eine Mischung aus Milch (Mandel in diesem Fall) und Haferflocken und mit mehreren Aromen verziert. Repost @sarkacer ・・・ Pro velký úspěch přidávám zdravé kuřecí stripsy ještě jednou, tentokrát i s receptem😍🙌🍗👇 🔸️Ingredience: 0,5 kg masa (kuřecí nebo krůtí prsa) 1 bílý jogurt 1 vejce 1 pl medu/sirup (agáve, javorový) Sůl, pepř, bylinky, (kurkuma, chili) 1 stroužek česneku Cornflakes lupínky 🔸️Postup: Maso nakrájíme na menší kousky. Trochu je osolíme a opepříme. V misce si smícháme bílý jogurt s vajíčkem, česnekem a kořením dle chuti (může být chili, nebo já jsem použila trochu kurkumy). Do směsi přidáme polévkovou lžíci medu/sirupu (nemusí být, ale chuťově jsou stripsy lepší). Nakonec osolíme, opepříme a přidáme bylinky (nejlépe čerstvé). Já použila čerstvou bazalku. Maso namočíme do jogurtové marinády a necháme alespoň půl hodiny v lednici odležet. Troubu si předehřejeme na 160 stupňů. Do misky si připravíme rozdrcené kukuřičné cornflakes lupínky. Jednotlivé kousky masa obalíme a dáme na plech s pečícím papírem. Pečeme 20 - 30 minut.
