Dinkel-Spaghetti Aglio e Olio mit Cherry-Tomaten und Zitrone 🍝🍅🍋 . . . Die schnellste Variante um Italien nach Hause zu bekommen. Allein der Geruch von Knoblauch in warmen Olivenöl und schon sitze ich an der Amalfi-Küste auf einem Balkon und lasse meinen Blick übers Meer schweifen. Oder so ähnlich. Riecht auf jeden Fall sau lecker und appetitanregend 😬😅 Olivenöl in einer Pfanne auf mittlerer Stufe erwärmen, Knoblauch in Scheiben schneiden und dazugeben, Cherry-Tomaten halbieren und in die Pfanne geben. Der Knoblauch darf nicht dunkel werden! Zitronenschale hineinreiben. Auf kleiner Flamme alles schön warm werden lassen. Spaghetti gar kochen und dann mit in die Pfanne geben. Noch einmal Zitronenschale drüber reiben und etwas Zitronensaft und guten Appetit! . Warum bloß Dinkel?? Werden manche fragen. Probiert es, die Würze und der eigene Geschmack machen es ganz besonders lecker. {ITA/ENG} 🇮🇹 Domanda per la scienza: ma voi il porridge lo mangiate col cucchiaio o col cucchiaino?? 🤔 Posto che per me a fianco di “cucchiaio da minestra” e “cucchiaino da caffè” ci vorrebbe appositamente una taglia intermedia da denominare “cucchiaio da porridge”, potendo scegliere non opterei mai per la soluzione che lo farebbe durare di meno. Quindi sì, spesso praticamente parto che mangio il porridge fumante e me lo ritrovo automaticamente frozen nel giro della stessa colazione e lo dico senza vergogna 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Stamattina vista la frescura della notte passata ho preferito la versione istantanea: ho usato una parte di fiocchi al cioccolato bianco e lampone (@bpr_nutrition ) e ho farcito con cottage cheese al naturale, albicocche ripiene di burro di arachidi al cioccolato bianco, mirtilli, burro di mandorle e cacao nibs ✨ // 🇬🇧 It’s for the research: do you eat your oatmeal with a teaspoon or a tablespoon? 🤔 (And why nobody has invented an oatspoon yet??!!). Ingredients 1 big carrot, peeled and chopped 1 peach, chopped 2 scallions, sliced ⅕ cup coconut milk ⅕ cup water ½ Tbsp. lime juice Salt and pepper to taste Optional: cinnamon Decoration: cilantro, seeds of your choice Instructions Place the carrot, the peach and the scallions in a pot, cover with the liquid and cook until veggie and fruit are soft and ready to be blended. Place in the blend, add the lime juice, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy, you can more water or coconut milk if you want to adapt the consistency. Strawberry-super food smoothie!!😍💜😋 I like my smoothies cold so I always keep fruit in the freezer but you will need a strong blender for those. ✨ Ingredients : 2 frozen chopped bananas 10 frozen strawberries 1 tsp hemp seeds 1/2 tsp chia seeds A bit of water depending on how thick you want your smoothie. Blend them all together until completely smooth. *I also blended some strawberries for the top Yummy and great energy booster!💜💜💜 Enjoy!

Ops no scusate) = matrimonio perfetto 👌🏻 . . 🍋 Porridge bigusto, fiocchi al pistacchio nella base, strato di quark con granella di pistacchio nel mezzo e fiocchi crema al limone per la superficie, salsa al cacao con olio di cocco e ancora pistacchio su pistacchio 🙌🏻 // As you might have noticed I’m totally in pistachio phase right now 😬 I find it perfect with the typical fresh summer flavors (and with fresh cheeses as well!) and I’m pouring pistachio butter as if it’s water lately 😅🙈 This morning I combined it with lemon custard cream oats and YES they were fab together! This is my little microwave mushroom and spinach frittata with one Applegate Farms savory turkey sausage and a Venti Starbucks Americano. I sauteed one clove of garlic, 1 oz of Organic Girl baby spinach and one baby portabella with a 1/4 tablespoon of Kerrygold. Transferred over to a bowl and whisked together with a half cup of egg whites and a teaspoon of La Victoria taco sauce. Microwaved for 2 mins. Voila! Buried in the Biryani, you’ll find whole cuts of succulent chicken and mutton that are bursting with flavor from the potent array of spices, herbs and aromatics it’s marinated in. Surprising there were lots of non veg pieces in it. Quantity is large for Biryani. Its flavour impact is just as much of a dropkick. The biryani emerges lustrous, moist, the flavour dark and round from the meat and warm spices. Naan was soft and spongy. Butter chicken tasted yum and mutton qurma was finger licking good.
