I first started working out because I didn’t feel that great in my skin. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to make a change.
My hubby worked out and used to kindly suggest I at least go for a walk. But that was boring. So I took a leap of faith!! Now look at me!! It has become a lifestyle!! I’m by NO means perfect! The tree oils are some of my family’s favourites. They’re so grounding and calming. Majestic Canada is just one of the best. My husband especially is drawn to the tree oils and they’re his oils of choice before he leaves for work in the morning. Have you tried majestic Canada yet?

I had another lie in this morning (slept till 11am 🤗) and almost did not recognise myself in the mirror without dark circles around my eyes! For brunch we had roasted sweet potato, black beans with cumin, wholegrain rice, a simple leaf salad with cherry tomatoes and spring onion and cottage cheese. This is one of our favourite family meals and it honestly makes me feel happy and nourished after eating it.
Can we take a quick break from healthy living to discuss another one of my loves, flowers. Specifically, the pink ones.
Every thing I plant these days either doesn’t thrive (no blooms), or quickly dies. And, I pay close attention to sunlight/watering needs! Is a brown thumb a real thing? What’s the secret to beautiful outdoor blooms? 🌺🌸🌼
