I love the foundation that my family stands on everyday. Honestly for me it’s one of the true daily constants in my life. Having a relationship with Jesus is what grounds me, leads me and helps me to be all the other things in life to the people around me💜 As we go about our daily lives throughout the Christmas season may we remember why we are celebrating. As we move into the New Year I pray that if you do not know his love for you, you will come to know it and cherish it as I have.
Maybe you have a supplement that you take every single day that you love. You have taken it for decades. Here’s why you should consider switching to young livings supplements. All young living supplements are infused with essential oils. Without oils, your body‘s blood absorption rate is less than half of the supplement in 24 hours. With oils, it spikes to 86% in one hour. And, you may be less likely to fuel yourself well if those are your focus. (Plus, your kids are learning from you what exercise and movement are all about!)
So, think about what your favorite workout really gives you? Is it a feeling of freedom in your body? 🏋️♀️Strength? 👭Is it community? Or much needed solitude? 🤸♀️Fun and play? ❤️Is it taking care of yourself, letting your needs be important too?
Maybe it's a feeling of BEING YOU? I know I always feel more fully myself when I’m running regularly.

2 years ago I made a decision that I needed to get healthy. I knew it couldn't be a quick fix. That I needed to take the time to heal. I needed something that was truly going to heal me from the inside out. Has it be perfect, NO. However, here I am 2 years later. I've stuck to that resolution. I've continued on this path and I've come an extremely long way. 💖From barely being able to get out of bed, to loving life and enjoying every moment. 💖From being a mom who could barely leave the house, to playing with my kids and thriving in social settings. •
This year I'll be kicking it up a notch and working on my outside, because I know it's time. I've learned so much about how my body works. About what it thrives on and what hurts it. •

Aromatherapy Salt Dough Ornaments -DIY
Adding a personal touch to your presents has never been easier with these aromatherapy salt dough ornaments and gift tags. These ornaments can be given as a wrapping accessory on a present and can then easily be transformed into an ornament for your friends and family to enjoy for many years to come. You can even add essential oils to the ornaments to add some aromatherapy elements. There are multiple ways to decorate, too. You can stamp on an image, paint it, or leave it plain. Either way, your friends and family will love and adore this homemade gift.
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup salt
1 ½ cups warm water
Favorite doTERRA essential oils .
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Pour flour, salt, and warm water into large bowl.
3. Using your hands, knead until all ingredients are well-incorporated and dough is smooth.
4. If mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until dough comes together.
5. Roll out dough on floured surface until ¼ inch thick.
6. Using cookie cutters, cut out desired shapes and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Using a drinking straw or toothpick, make a hole in top of ornament for threading string.
8. Place in oven until hard, approximately 1 hour.
9. Once hard, remove from oven and cool.
10. Decorate with paint, string, or glitter. Add essential oils by placing one drop on each ornament and allow it to soak in.
Tip: Add some decoration to your ornaments by stamping them. Just place stamp on ink and carefully place on ornament to transfer design before they dry.
Note: Baking the ornament will turn the dough slightly brown and may "puff" up some of the ornaments. If you prefer, you can also air dry the ornaments for 2–3 days to help the ornaments remain white and flat.
The reason why I got into nutrition and fitness.
Being a husband and father is a privilege and a blessing beyond words.
It comes with responsibilities and duties that you need to be there for and set the example.
And the best way to do so in my opinion is to be the best possible version of yourself.
That being physically, mentally and spirituality.
It isn't always easy and there are days you question everything you stand for and why you are doing it.
But when those hard times come swinging by is the times I'm most thankful for my health and fitness, because it though me without pain there is no gain. And that you keep pushing forward.
It wasn't always like that though. I was classified as obese, weighing in at 110kg. Eating everything and anything that was in front of me. I had no energy, no direction or discipline.
That was not the example I wanted to set for my kids, what does that show them about their dad? .
Losing all that weight wasn't easy or fast but what you get out of it made it all worth it. Each craving that I wrestled with, each time I just wanted to sleep in and not workout, the list goes on.
Once you become healthier you start realizing what you've bein missing out on.

1 Tbsp. olive oil⠀
½ medium celery stalk, finely chopped⠀
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped⠀
2 Tbsp. green bell pepper, finely chopped⠀
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen whole kernel corn⠀
1 medium potato (red, white rose, or Yukon gold), peeled, cubed⠀
3 cups low-fat milk (1%), divided use⠀
½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)⠀
¼ tsp. ground paprika⠀
ground white pepper (to taste; optional)⠀
2 Tbsp. whole-wheat flour⠀
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped⠀
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.⠀
Add celery, onion, and bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until onion is translucent.⠀
Add corn, potato, 2½ cups milk, salt, paprika, and pepper (if desired). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; gently boil, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until potatoes are tender-crisp.⠀
Combine ½ cup milk and flour in a small bowl; whisk to blend.⠀
Gradually add flour mixture to corn mixture; cook, stirring constantly, for 4 to 6 minutes, or until soup thickens. Serve with parsley garnish.⠀

Jeden čas jsem vařila často podle italského kuchaře Emanuele Ridi, žijícího v Čechách. Dle jeho jedné z rad jsem si koupila kuchařskou pinzetu na "lovení" česneku, chilli papriček a jiných potravin třeba z oleje. No a dnes jsem po dlouhé době tuto radu opět využila. Na olivovém oleji jsem osmahla nakrájený česnek na plátky a thajskou echt chilli papričku, poté jsem česnek i papričku odstranila - "vylovila" pinzetou a přidala bio cuketu oloupanou a nakrájenou na plátky. Po osmahnutí přidala domácí vajíčko od sousedů. A výsledek byl opravdu - ňam. Paprička i česnek byl na chuť moc příjemný, přesně tak akorát, a v jídle nebyly žádné přebytečné kousky. Přidala jsem šťouchané brambory z formičky Tescoma a jídlo je hotové. Dobrou chuť i vám, kdo obědváte.🤗#tescoma #obed

Tonight we had Sofia’s first ever dance recital! 🥰It was so much fun! She was everything and more! Remembered (most of) her moves and was the most confident one in her group (boas I know!!)! I’ll admit there were some tears, from me. Tears of joy and awe seeing my darling daughter come so far in such a short amount of time. At the start of her lessons she could barely do any moves and had zero balance. Fast forward 2 terms with a few missed classes and she’s come so far!
Now for a much needed break and preparations for zeek starting big school and Sofia starting pre-prep!!! When did my babies get so big 😍
