Como eu vou em um encontro agora a noite, no horário do jantar, e lá vai ter muitos petiscos que eu não posso comer, decidi fazer uma batata doce assada + suco verde. É simples e rápido de fazer, e o melhor é que a batata doce segura a minha fome até eu voltar pra casa. ▶Receita:
- 1/2 batata doce - sal, pimenta do reino, páprica picante, noz moscada, alecrim e azeite de oliva
↪ Coloque assar a 220° por uns 20/30 minutos (depende do forno).
Dica: Acompanha super bem um guacamole

While reminiscing those glory days, I have been making some recent changes to my lifestyle. My old lifestyle was cooking whatever I wanted, eating processed foods, snacking, putting tons of meat in everything. Basically always eating bad food...which over time (not surprisingly) started hurting my overall health and body. I was bloated all the time, tired and just not happy with myself. 😐😩
So recently I decided to do some research and start making some lifestyle changes. Developing healthy habits instead of quick fixes. I decided to stop indulging in snacks all the time and find healthy alternatives when I do get hungry. Granola, fruits, veggies, protein shakes are now being put into my lifestyle. I have turned my back on processed foods and have stopped eating it every other day. I’ve been upping my gym visits more (2-3 times a week. I will slowly increase that over time). And for the past three days I decided to waive meat and substitute it for veggies and other alternatives.
It’s been a night and day difference. Feeling more energized, no more bloating, finding unique recipes is making cooking more interesting again and overall, I see myself in a more positive light.
