TITBIT:This day, Makara Sankranthi, marks the beginning of the Sun’s transit from the Tropic of Cancer northwards towards the Tropic of Capricorn (Makara) or from the “Dakshinayana” to the “Uttarayana”. 🍋Budín de limón! 🍋 El finde XL necesita cositas ricas a mano! Yo ya me equipe con par de tortas, este budín y algunas cosas saladas! Así disfruto el tiempo y como rico!! 👩🏻‍🍳 Este budín está tremendo! Es con harina de maíz, q la tenia ahí pensando para q la usaba y pfff me sorprendió esta idea! 🤸🏻‍♀️💜 Entonces, es asi: 2 huevos + 4 claras 1 taza de harina de maiz 2 cdas de ghee 1 cda de miel Ralladura de 1 limón, jugo de medio Stevia Polvo de hornear Pizca de sal Pon todas las claras y la sal en un bowl y llevarlas a punto nieve. En otro bowl mezcla el resto de los ingredientes, y ve incorporando las claras de a poco, sin revolver mucho. Una vez listo llevas a molde y al horno 45 min! Queda buenisisisimo! INGREDIENTES ✔️150 g Chocolate alto en cacao trozado ✔️100 g Dátiles sin carozo remojados en agua caliente durante diez minutos ✔️100 g Avena ✔️80 g Maní sin sal ✔️50 g Plátano ✔️15 g Cacao amargo ✔️10 g Aceite de coco . PREPARACIÓN 1️⃣Colocar la avena y maní en el vaso. Reservar. T: 10 seg. V: 7 2️⃣Escurrir los dátiles y agregarlos al vaso. T: 10 seg. V: 8 3️⃣Agregar la mezcla de avena con maní y bajar con la espátula los restos adheridos al vaso. T: 10 seg. V: 8 4️⃣Añadir el plátano, cacao y aceite de coco. T: 10 seg. V: 8 5️⃣Retirar la mezcla y formar los huevitos con las manos . Repetir hasta terminar la mezcla. Dejar los huevitos en una bandeja cubierta con papel film. 6️⃣Agregar el chocolate al vaso. @ohsothymely just made the most incredible Flourless Chocolate Sweet Potato Muffins and we HAD to share! 🎉🌷 They are gluten free and refined sugar free, and made with our probiotic bars on top 😍🐒 Ingredients: * 3/4 cup peanut butter * 3/4 cup puréed cooked sweet potato * 1/4 cup cacao * 2 eggs * 1/3 cup coconut sugar * 1/4 cup maple syrup * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp vanilla * 1/2 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350f. Mix peanut butter and sweet potato in a large bowl. Add cacao, eggs, sugar, maple syrup and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, then pour into muffin cup lined muffin pan. I topped these guys with extra chocolate chips and a crumbled @drinkwelo chocolate chip probiotic bar. 😋🤤 Bake for about 20 min or until muffin pops up after being pressed gently. Crêpes à la farine de châtaigne 😍🥰 Ingrédients: 40g de maïzena, 40g de farine de châtaigne tamisée, 1 œuf, 110g de lait, 1 càc de levure et 1 sachet de sucre vanillée. Recette: Dans un saladier mettre la maïzena, la farine de châtaigne tamisée et la levure, puis ajouter doucement le lait en remuant. Une fois la préparation homogène rajouter l'oeuf et le sucre vanillée. Bien mélanger. Pour finir, faire cuire à la poêle avec un peu d'huile de coco. #pancakes #healthyfood
