Macros 317 kcal 44c 21p 5f Ingredienti 50 gr di farina di avena Nutchoc @prozis 1 pera piccola matura (100 gr circa) 100 ml di albume 10 gr di cacao magro in polvere ½ cucchiaino di idrolitina + 1 cucchiaino di acqua Uva nera Frullare ¾ di pera fino ad ottenere una purea, aggiungere la farina di avena, il cacao magro, l'albume e mescolare bene. Aggiungere infine l'idrolitina, l'acqua, la restante pera tagliata a pezzetti e mescolare di nuovo. Craving fresh, easy meal time recipes this season? Me too........ This whole wheat pasta salad with basil is just the ticket!! . And this recipe has been one of my favorites from many years. . Healthy, quick and delicious pasta salad is refreshing, so convenient to eat on the go. Besides, this recipe is so simple and hardly takes 15 minutes and tastes amazing. To me basil is what really makes it adding a perfect herby freshness. I kept the veggies simple, crispy zucchini, cherry tomatoes and some olives. . . Ingredients: 1 cup whole-wheat pasta 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced 1 cup zucchini, sliced 1/4 cup black pitted olives, sliced One bunch of basil leaves, chopped . For the dressing: 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1-2 garlic cloves, minced Salt and pepper to taste . . . Method: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta Al Dente, rinse under cold water and drain and keep aside. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. In a salad bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, olives and basil leaves. Pour the dressing over the salad and chill the salad for about an hour before serving. Serve chilled. When I started my nutritarian lifestyle over 5 years ago the biggest mental block for me was learning to cook and eat without oil. We were supposed to eat 2 salads a day as our “main dish” followed by our cooked food, and I had absolutely no idea how to dress a salad without using an oil-based dressing! . At that time it was almost impossible to find oil-free pre-made salad dressings at the grocery store (and even today it’s definitely not easy). Cookie Dough-Chickpea Truffles by @berry_sunrise Headover to her page for loads of deliciously healthy recipes! #recipe 👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS 410g chickpeas 3 tbsp honey 1 tbsp coconut sugar 4 tbsp almond butter a pinch baking soda 1 tsp vanilla powder 1 tsp cardamom 1 pinch salt 1 1/2 dl almond flour 75g 70% chocolate (chopped) Coating: 200g 70% chocolate a pinch of salt . ⏩⏩Instructions 1. Mix chickpeas, honey, coconut sugar, almond butter, baking soda, vanilla, cardamom and salt in a food processor. 2. Put it in a bowl and blend it together with the almond flour and the chopped chocolate. 3. Roll into balls with wet hands and put them on a baking tray. Put them in the freezer to solidify. 4. Melt the chocolate (be careful so it does not get burn). Use a fork, and dipp the truffle in the chocolate. Sprinkle some salt on top. Store them in the fridge! Sometimes I might pull back from posting because I’ve fallen out of healthy habits. Lately I’ve just been feeling a little less excited to share. (Also, the darkness 😏)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But I’ve actually been doing really well with macros! Some days I hit my macros, some days I’m just happy if I stick within my calorie goal. But I really like that if I try to be fairly diligent about macros most of the day I get more bang for my calorie buck. I’m not just snacking mindlessly on things that won’t fill me up. Eating well has never felt this sustainable!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Lately I’ve felt a little hesitant to share anything that sounds somewhat restrictive on here. I follow a lot of intuitive eaters and truly admire that mindset. I hope to get there one day! But giving myself some rules and goals to work toward feels really good right now so I’m going with it. And it doesn’t hurt that I can still sneak in some chocolate daily 😋⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Whether you’re counting macros or not, I’d love to hear what helps you feel your best ❤️
