O doprawianiu 👇🏼 ——— Wspominałam już o tym, że jestem minimalistką. Praktykuję go w sferze emocji i relacji, wnętrz, posiadanych rzeczy, ale także w kuchni. Dzieliłam się w jednym z wpisów kilkoma sposobami na organizację kuchennej przestrzeni. ——— Moja minimalistyczna kuchnia to przede wszystkim sposób, w jaki gotuję. Jeśli śledzisz stories @skladnikiszczescia , to wiesz, że moje dania są proste, kilkuskładnikowe, bez zbędnych dodatków 🍽 Nie jestem entuzjastką zup i dań jednogarnkowych, których składniki w chwili podania są już ze sobą jednolicie połączone. Lubię kiedy niemalże każdy kęs mogę sobie komponować ciut inaczej. ——— Doprawiam też minimalistycznie. Przyznam, że dziś smak wyostrzył mi się do tego stopnia, że potrafię docenić smak produktu samego w sobie. Nie potrzebuję go dodatkowo podkręcać lub poprawiać. W codziennym gotowaniu sięgam głównie po świeże zioła 🌱 np. koper, bazylię, rozmaryn, czy miętę. Lubię czarny i kolorowy pieprz, czarnuszkę, chili, ziele angielskie, liście laurowe i oczywiście płatki drożdży nieaktywnych. Nie wyobrażam sobie jedzenia bez oliwy z oliwek i octu balsamicznego. Ostatnio w mojej lodówce znów pojawiła się musztarda. Dzięki tym wszystkim cudownym przyprawom używam bardzo mało soli samej w sobie 🧂 Dziś mam zapas himalajskiej, ale jest ona bardzo uboga z niezbędny dla zdrowia jod, więc kiedy mi się skończy, wrócę do dobrej jakości białej. ——— A Ty bez jakich ziół i przypraw nie wyobrażasz sobie swojego posiłku? My bees knees breakfast: a plateful of thick and fluffy pumpkin cashew butter pancakes + some savory sidekicks 👏🏻🥰 🙌🏻 TAG A FRIEND TO EAT WITH! 😋 Recipe By @sara.haven 👌 #whatsonmyplate : pumpkin cashew butter pancakes (can sub mashed sweet potato for the pumpkin) 🥞👉🏻 ¼ cup coconut flour • ¼ teaspoon @primalpalate pumpkin pie spice • ¼ teaspoon baking soda • 2 tbsp. @artisanalrganics cashew butter (can sub any nut butter) • 2 eggs, slightly beaten • 1 egg white, beaten stiff (optional, but makes the pancakes fluffy) • ½ tbsp. maple syrup (you can sub stevia or another sweetener) • 3 tbsp. pumpkin purée • 3 tbsp. almond milk • 1) Combine first two dry ingredients in a small bowl. In separate bowl, stir nut butter, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), and pumpkin. Slowly stir in almond milk. Add dry ingredients to wet, stir until well combined, then let batter sit for a couple minutes. Cook up your cakes! (Makes 1-2 servings). . MISO MARINATED STEAK NOODLES TAG A FRIEND TO EAT WITH! 😋 Recipe By @real.foodie 👌 INGREDIENTS : 1-2 steaks of choice 250g dry medium egg noodles (around 4 nests) 2-3 Tbsp of white miso 1 Tbsp of cornflour 30g fresh ginger (around thumb size) x2 garlic cloves 5 Tbsp of chicken stock (just under 100ml) 3 Tbsp of light soy sauce Few drops of sesame oil 25g fresh coriander/cilantro (a small handful) 1-2 spring onions/scallions 1-2 red chillies (depending on how hot you like it) 1 tsp vegetable oil Optional crispy shallots —— Instructions: Slice steak into thin slices and generously coat in sweet white miso. Set aside. Cook egg noodles in water according to package instructions, once cooked immediately run under cold water to refresh. Set aside. In a small bowl mix 1 Tbsp of cornflour with 2 Tbsp of cold water until a smooth paste forms (this will thicken the sauce). In a separate bowl grate a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, around 30g (using a fine grater) and x2 garlic cloves. Add 5 Tbsp of chicken stock, 3 Tbsp of light soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil. Mix in your cornflour paste until everything is combined. Set aside. Heat a skillet on super-high, and be prepared to work quick: fry steak in a splash of vegetable oil for about 30 seconds on each side, remove from pan. Quickly add the cold noodles and sauce to the skillet and heat through – mixing until hot. Add the steak back into the pan to warm and finish with fresh coriander, spring onions and red chilli. I remember early on in my journey dreading it and being anxious about my workout all day until I finally peeled myself off of the couch to move my body. . . Dzisiaj temat - Czy ma znaczenie to w jakim sklepie robisz zakupy? Uważam, że oczywiście i to nie chodzi o markę natomiast o wielkość sklepu. Jeśli nie masz nawyku robienia sobie listy to chodzenie po dużym sklepie powoduje że zrobisz automatycznie większe zakupy wybierzesz rzeczy, które niekoniecznie chcesz wybrać, bo masz nieograniczony wybór. Kilka zakupowych tipów ode mnie: ✔️zrób listę rzeczy które potrzebujesz, skup się na tym ✔️zjedz posiłek przed wyjściem do sklepu, nie idź na „głodniaka” ✔️omijaj półki ze słodkościami chociaż to jest najcięższe zadanie, bo słodycze są często przy kasach, ale patrz punkt wyżej 😉 ✔️Bądź czujny czytaj etykiety - pamiętaj też, że produkty które znajdują się w alejce ‚zdrowe żywienie’ wcale takie nie muszą być. Everyone is afraid of something. We all know this, but most of us are trained from a young age to ignore fear. And what that ends up looking like is not just that we nod at our fears and keep going, but often that we push our fears down, lock them away in the tightest box 📦 we can find, and pretend like they don’t exist so we can get through the day. And that works in the *moment* but at the end of the day, or over time? The more we lock away, the more things those fears stop us from facing. Anything they touch becomes tainted with fear because of what it all MEANS, not what it all actually IS. How many people do we all know, including ourselves, who say “What am I afraid of?” “This shouldn’t stop me, it’s such a small thing!” And on the surface, yes. It is small. But underneath it’s like a shark, circling. 👀Our heads know see the fin and are like - it’s cool. I’m safe in this ship, everything’s fine, it’s just a fin and it can’t touch me. Our hearts know differently - they see JAWS 🦈 out there, with the teeth and power and know what will happen if the shark gets hold. And it doesn’t matter that our minds are right - we ARE in a boat, and the danger is there but ok if we are smart and pay attention. It doesn’t matter if we box our fears up, because when something that has to do with them comes up, it’s like we’re surrounded by sharks. The problem isn’t the sharks, the things our fears keep us from. It’s our fears.
