Gachas chocolateadas!😍 Que buen desayuno hoy y super fácil! . . . Ingredientes: 30g de avena. 1 cucharada de cacao puro. 300ml de leche. Stevia al gusto. Topping: plátano y peanut butter. . . Primero ponemos la leche en un cazo al fuego y esperamos hasta que esté caliente, pero sin que llegue a hervir. Luego añadimos el cacao, la stevia y la avena y removemos poco a poco para que no se pegue y la avena se vaya ablandando. Después de un par de minutos, sacamos y dejamos reposar en un cuenco. Luego adornamos y a disfrutar!!! . . . . Из всех вышеперечисленных продуктов твёрдый сыр имеет в составе наименьшее количество лактозы - его обычно хорошо переносят даже лица с интолерантностью к лактозе. ⠀ ❓Меня от творога «заливает», что делать? ‼️Во-первых, что значит «заливает»? Если вы не теряете вес или наутро встаёте с отеками, причин может быть великое множество, и не надо сразу винить творог🙅‍♀️Если же Вы, при прочих равных, видите большую разницу в весе и самочувствии, когда выбираете на ужин творог, то просто замените его любым другим белковым продуктом, а творог, как вариант, оставьте на завтрак. Dit is dus mijn absolute lievelings ontbijtje na het sporten rond oktober! Ookal voelt de temperatuur daar niet naar deze warme havermout met appel en rozijnen gaan er prima in! 👌 Het recept? • 20 gram havermout • 10 gram chiazaadjes • 200 ml soya melk ongezoet • 15 gram eiwit poeder naar keuze. Ik gebruikte @orangefit.nl verkrijgbaar bij @mentaphysics.pt in de smaak vanille • 2 gram kaneel • 10 gram rozijnen • 1/2 appel. Hoe dan bereiden? Doe de havermout, eiwit poeder, chiazaad, kaneel en soya melk in een kommetje. Zet dit in de magnetron op 300 w voor 8 minuten. Snijd ondertussen de appel klein en doe die in een pannetje op laag vuur, voeg er wat kaneel bij en de rozijnen om niet te vergeten en als de havermout uit de magnetron klaar is, strooi je de warme appeltjes erover! Ik zeg kind kan de was doen, hele fijne dinsdag! Hier word nu gewerkt aan de blog en vanaf de middag t/m de avond in mijn salon! 😘 wat zijn jullie plannen? #healthyfoodtips
Любителям халвы посвящается! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Всего три ингредиента: арахис, растительное масло и мёд. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Соотношение: 100 грамм арахиса/1 чайная ложка масла/1 чайная ложка мёда. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Приготовление: арахис обжарить, перемолоть в комбайне или кофемолке, добавить жидкие ингредиенты и хорошо перемешать до однородности. Полученную массу переложить в форму, застеленную пергаментом/фольгой/пищевой плёнкой. Застелить тем же самым сверху, хорошо утрамбовать и поставить в холодильник минимум на два часа. Можно добавить пресс сверху, от этого халва будет более плотной. Достать, нарезать, при желании покрыть шоколадом.
