Bagi ibu2 suri rumah Sepenuh masa, Pagi adalah waktu yang sibuk untuk uruskan keperluan ahli keluarga..
Manakala kaum bapa yang bekerja akan fokus pada menyiapkan diri untuk ke tempat kerja,.Sementara anak2 pula bersiap untuk ke sekolah..
Akhirnya setiap orang hanya breakfast beberapa minit sebelum melangkah ke luar rumah..
Mungkin ada juga yang tak sempat langsung untuk breakfast dek kesibukan seharian termasuk suri rumah yang menyediakan makanan untuk keluarga!
Ramai yang masih kurang peka bahawa breakfast adalah meal harian yang paling penting dan perlu dilakukan 30 minit selepas bangun tidur..
Kenapa cepat sangat? 🙋🏻♀️
Sebab ketika itu badan kita berada dalam keadaan sifar hasil daripada proses asimilasi (badan akan reset pada waktu malam) dan sangat penting untuk kita bekalkan badan kita dengan keperluan nutrisi secukupnya..
Selepas lebih 30 minit,.Biasanya kita dah sibuk buat kerja lain dan ketika tu badan dah berada dalam mood “kebuluran”..
Bila anda ambik je breakfast selepas tu, makanan tu akan disimpan sebagai lemak..
Anda juga akan mudah stress sebab badan terpaksa bekerja tanpa tenaga dan otak tidak dapat fokus..
So esok pagi make sure lepas bangun cepat2 breakfast dalam masa 30 minit 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥

It is possible to still eat relatively healthy when going out to eat - just plan ahead, look at the menu, decide what you will have beforehand, and stick to it once you’re there!

I had been on high blood pressure meds since my early 40’s, 190 lbs and overweight, living with sleep apnea, having no energy, and all of the other illnesses that come with an unhealthy lifestyle. I am currently out with a knee injury and unable to exercise.
I was introduced to this program with just the intent to lose weight, but the benefits have proven to be so much more! In just one week, I lost 11 pounds, and my blood pressure reduced drastically.
Currently, I’ve lost a total of 36.2 lbs, my blood pressure is normal and I am off all medication. No snoring, I sleep better and have way more energy than ever before!
The only regret is not finding out about this program sooner so that my parents and sister would still be here with me…

It’s never too late to start. Everyday is a new chance with a new choice. I’m 25 weeks pregnant this week and this week starts my return back at regular fitness. 👏 I’m so happy and excited. I’ve had a lot of bumps with this pregnancy and I’m so thankful that I was able to get myself back on track and focusing on me and my journey. For me, exercising and eating right has never been an issue once I made my mind up to change. However, with this pregnancy I’ve allowed some people that I loved to hurt and berate me and my children. I think I wallowed in self pity and sadness for far too long and reflected on the issues for a long time. I let the pain devour me inside and out. I decided to take the time I needed until I mentally and emotionally felt better. I finally decided to let go of those who didn’t want to be in my life in the first place. I decided to let go and move on. I learned that it’s better for me to be surrounded by love. Sometimes we can’t control the pain that others inflict upon us, but we can control our actions. It’s now time for me to be me and that means doing what I love so much! Running, Cycling and working out. Most importantly, taking care of my health during this pregnancy. Yes that! It’s so important! And I’ve allowed this negativity to affect me for far too long. So today is the day that I start and boy did I work hard today 😅 It felt so good! I don’t know why I stayed away for so long.

One of the things that has changed my life for the better is meditation. I was skeptical of it for a long time. I’m the kind of person who wants instant results, I think most of us are...the thought of sitting in one place and doing nothing was very appealing to me lol Two years ago I was faced with some health issues that shook me to the core (maybe I’ll make a video on it one day). I am grateful for my experience because it introduced me to meditation, a healthy lifestyle and I am stronger and healthier then I’ve ever been. I meditate because it keeps me present, grounded, anxiety free and keeps me connected to god. It helps me notice beautiful flowers like this white rose. Give it a try if you have haven’t. There is no better way to finish your workout then taking a spin class or just a cycle:🚴🏼♀️ .
Every time I cycle, either on a stationary bike or in the streets of London, I think of home.
I imagine that I am cycling through the countryside surrounded by green trees, hills and fields. The sun ☀️ is shining on my face, little birds chirping away 🐦 and I just cycle through.
With or without my favourite music 🎧 I just love it.
