Schedule something important early. If you genuinely NEED to be up for it, you're a lot more likely to do so, mostly out of pure fear of sleeping through it 😬 • ✅ This next one may not be effective for everyone, but personally, I almost never set less than 8 alarms 😅 Waking up several times before the time I need to almost seems to "prepare" me for the big wake-up a lil better 🤷🏻‍♂️ • 💧 Wake up. Sit up. Grab some cold water. CHUGGGGNXJXIKZKZKXMXMMC 😵😵😵 You can also open a window and let some natural light in. GARBANZOS CON BACALAO Y LANGOSTINOS 🔸Ingredientes: 300 gr. de garbanzos 75 gr. de espinacas congeladas 150 gr. de bacalao congelado desalado 2 zanahorias ½ cebolla 2 dientes de ajo 100 gr. de langostinos congelados Pimentón Aceite de oliva virgen extra Sal 🔸Elaboración: Descongelamos el bacalao y las espinacas el día antes de elaborar la receta. Dejamos los garbanzos en remojo al menos 8 horas. Descongelamos también los langostinos. Cuando estén descongelados, los pelamos y reservamos las cabezas. Sofreímos éstas en una olla con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva. Retiramos. Pasamos por esta misma olla el bacalao. Reservamos. Ponemos en la olla los garbanzos, la zanahoria pelada y partida y la cebolla picada, así como los ajos. Añadimos una cucharadita de pimentón dulce. Cubrimos el conjunto con agua. Ponemos a fuego medio y mantenemos hasta que se cuezan bien los garbanzos. Agregamos entonces los trozos de bacalao, los langostinos pelados y las espinacas. Dejamos así unos 10 minutos. WFDW? ⁉️What's for Dinner Wednesday⁉️ 👋Helllloooo KOREAN MEATBALL BOWL👋 Spicy, sweet, savory … it has all the flavors. 👉MEATBALLS are the ⭐️ of the bowl...and they are super easy (and gluten-free): -Mix 1lb organic grass-fed beef + 1/4 cup smashed brown rice crackers + 1 egg + s&p + ground ginger + chopped green onion. -You can get about 40 bite-size meatballs from this mix. Then working in batches, brown them in a skillet with a little avocado or olive oil, they only take about 8 minutes. -Final touch is to put a little🎉Korean gochujang sauce in a large bowl, add in the cooked meatballs & toss to coat. 👉SPINACH: Sauté a container of baby spinach + a little sesame oil + a sprinkle of sesame seeds. 👉BROWN RICE: We usually buy pre-cooked/frozen and just heat it up in the microwave. Exercise at any time of day, but not at the expense of your sleep. •Design your sleep environment to establish the conditions you need for sleep. Your bedroom should be cool – between 60 and 67 degrees. Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep. •Finally, your bedroom should be free from any light. Check your room for noises or other distractions. This includes a bed partner's sleep disruptions such as snoring. Consider using blackout curtains, eye shades, ear plugs, "white noise" machines, humidifiers, fans and other devices. •Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows. Make sure your mattress is comfortable and supportive. The one you have been using for years may have exceeded its life expectancy – about 9 or 10 years for most good quality mattresses.
