$40 meal makes about 6-8 servings
2lb ground Turkey
1 large spanish onion coarsely chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 red peppers- deveined & diced
2 jalapenos- deveined & diced
2 stalks celery- chopped
3 carrots- chopped
1 small celeriac root- cubed
1 can organic black beans
1 can organic red kidney beans
3 cans organic diced tomatoes
1 carton (32oz) organic bone broth (no salt added!!)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 heaping tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
**optional toppings- plain greek yogurt and shredded cheddar cheese**
Saute onion and garlic 3-4 mins, add turkey and cook until no longer pink, stir in dry seasoning.
Add all other ingredients, stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour.

I think we can all get so lost and confused sometimes. Trying to land in destination Happiness and winding up even more lost and stressed and wishing for the next thing.
I’m realizing Happiness isn’t checking off life’s check marks.
It’s not all the goals getting crossed off.
It’s not “when I am this way I’ll be happy”.
It’s not “when I have this, I’ll be happy”.
It will just never end and you’ll just NEVA be satisfied.
When they say “enjoy the journey”.
