Hey hunnies!!💕✨So, January is around the corner & I know many of you have a goal to lose weight & get healthier & fitter for the new year, So Today I’m going to share MY TOP 5 TIPS to help you crush your goals!! By the way, You don’t have to wait until January to start working on your health goals...In fact, it’s actually better to start now so you can get the ball rolling, so when January comes you’re already into the swing of things.
After all, the sooner you take action towards your goals, the closer to achieving them you are!
Anyways, here are the tips:
1.Set realistic goals.If you set hard-to-reach,unrealistic goals you will become discouraged very quickly & be likely to quit, so make things easy for yourself by setting realistic goals.This is so important!
2.Drastically limit or completely cut out animal products from your diet & adopt a plant based diet.
3.Base your diet around whole foods & include plenty of fruit & veggies (especially dark leafy greens) in your diet.
4.Exercise regularly & incorporate
weight training in your exercise regimen.Yes ladies get in the gym & LIFT🏋🏿♀️ Weight training burns fat and tones your body while maintaining your curves.
5.Quit dieting for good & adopt a Healthy Lifestyle instead.
These are the tips I followed when I started my health journey & I continue to follow them up to this day! They have totally transformed my health & body so make sure you apply them in your life too so you can get results!

✨Mango Spinach Green Smoothie🍃🥭Before I share the recipe for this smoothie, I quickly wanna chat about why it’s so important to incorporate green smoothies in your diet.
So, It’s no secret that fruit and veggies are good for us. We all know this YET many of us still struggle to make sure we eat enough of them everyday.
