Girl- one day won't ruin anything. One day won't cause you to gain weight ( well unless you haven't pooped it all out 💩🤣) . Or if you do weigh yourself and see the scale go up- what you'll probably see is water retention from all the salt you're not use to eating. .
Tomorrow is about giving Thanks. So don't worry about the food - enjoy it! Be thankful you have this much food in front of you. (Not everyone does)

Thanksgiving brunch idea part 3! I made eggs in mushroom caps with roasted Brussels sprouts, delicata squash, and steamed carrots. There are bits of turkey in the mushroom caps as well! 🍳🥕🍄🍗
I topped the eggs with turmeric pepper cranberries - I wanted to try a way to make cranberries savory, and it turned out very tasty!
To make the mushroom caps, gently remove the stalks and gills from portobello mushrooms (I twisted the stalk off and scraped out the gills with a spoon) to have room for eggs. Wash, dry, and brush the outside lightly with olive oil. Add any veggies or protein to the mushroom caps, then crack an egg into the cap. Bake at 400 F until the egg whites are cooked (about 15-20 minutes) and yolks are cooked to your liking.
For the cranberries, add them to a pot and cover with water or apple cider and boil with turmeric and pepper, stirring occasionally. After the cranberries pop, keep on the heat for about 10-15 minutes, the strain the water.

I wish that people would STOP cutting out carbs completely in order to lose weight.
This is hugely misconstrued throughout social media..
Keto diet: sure it works for a while.. but your bodies main energy source is derived from carbs (carbs break down into glucose=glucose stored energy). Your body PREFERS carbs over fat. This diet may work.. but if you want to do what’s best for you and your body.. (heard of the Keto flue!?) it’s not ideal to continue for an extended period of time ☝🏼
Especially if you are weight training! Which everyone should be doing whether you’re trying to gain muscle, lose weight, or maintain.
Easy to understand: Fat: body reserves more of this, but fat is less readily available for cellular metabolism. The rate of energy released and break down from fat is too slow to meet the demand of intense lifting.
Carbs: primary energy source. More energy stores in the muscles and liver for a quick breakdown process. Muscle glycogen depletion=easily fatigued/exhaustion.
I always eat a high carb intake before a lift because of this reason☝🏼 I don’t want my body giving out on me 20 minutes into the gym..
And this doesn’t mean I fill up on shit!Grains, fruit,🍌 veggies ALL have carbs.. yes.. fruit and veggies have carbs..
Im sure those seeing me house a banana post workout think I’m just being healthy?? Or a hangry monster 😂

Again, I don’t have anything against a Keto diet, just remember, this is NOT your bodies natural source and over time you are not going to feel the energy you feel when you give your body what it REALLY wants!

What is the difference between Juicing vs Blending?

Find your Red, Yellow and Green light Foods and Drinks by taking notes while eating or right after you done eating.
Red Light Foods: Foods that are bad news for you, may be they make you feel sick, they trigger you to eat too much or they just are unhealthy for you.
Yellow Light Foods: Foods that are OK sometimes or Not OK sometimes, maybe you can enjoy it a little bit without feeling ill, or you can eat at a restaurant in company of others but not at home alone or you can have it as an occasional treat.
Green Light Foods: Foods that make you feel good mentally and physically and that you can eat normally, slowly, to feeling satisfied, these include fruits, vegetables, lean protein and legumes.
Review your Notes and begin process of elimination.
For me personally I had to change from whole milk to soy milk, Sugar to Erythritol, add probiotics and I like to snack on A chocolate chip cookie 🍪 once in a while (just 1 cookie). Have you made any changes? Feel free to comment

Sudėtis : bulvės, morkos, moliūgas, česnakas, raudonas svogūnas, 2vnt pievagrybių, ciberžolė, druska, pipirai, mėgstami prieskoniai. Viską sudedame, verdame ir sutriname.

1:23pm: chicken, onion, cauliflower, snow peas
protein shake and gluten free waffle with almond butter
8pm: Buffalo chicken dip and gluten free crackers
8:30pm: chicken burger on gluten free toast with spinach and avocado ranch and side of broccoli
9:30pm: cheese and gluten free crackers (gonna be 💨 tomorrow)
