QUINOA CRUNCH 🥣 Prepping for The Reset last weekend I made myself this lovely big bowl of porridge (definitely a Daddy Bear portion size 🐻). It was made from millet flakes rather than my usual oats (thanks @rosemaryandrobert
for leaving them in my cupboard!) and I stirred through some yummy @meridianfoods
date syrup to add sweetness and colour. To top it off I used banana and a lovely sprinkling of @homespun
Quinoa Crunch with goji berry, cashew and coconut 🤗 A gorgeous little blend of crunchy goodness that our guests on @thereset_me

A smoothie for breakfast ! Apricot and berries. - soaked dried apricots and 5 kernels (in one cup of lukewarm water)
- a handful of mixed berries - fresh (frozen) apricot - fresh figs

A fast, easy, and light breakfast or snack made of granola, yogurt, and either fresh fruit, jam, or lemon curd.
- 1 cup (100 grams) granola - 1 cup (227 grams) yogurt - 1/2 cup fresh fruit or berries
DIRECTIONS: - In 2 half jars, alternately layer the granola, yogurt, and fruit, berries.
- Serve immediately.

My fruit smoothies always have added L-glutamine and turmeric. The L-glutamine for repairing the gut walls and turmeric for anti inflammatory as well as anti cancer. In traditional Indian dishes their main spice turmeric may be the reason why they have the lowest cancer rates in the world. ~
The easiest yummiest banana pancakes are made with one older banana and one organic egg per person. Yes just that easy. Hopefully the banana is older and you can smush it easily, add in an egg and mix. I just use a fork to mix it but u may blend if u don’t mind all the dishes. You can add cinnamon and a little coconut oil in a pan and away you go. Be gentle as it is a little harder to flip. You can add oats if you want but I prefer without. ~
High quality eggs make all the difference. Look for “pasture raised “ vs free range or vegetarian feed. Free range does not mean the chickens are eating grass but soy and corn. Same with vegetarian fed. Your yolks should be a dark orange color. I encourage you to go to a weekend farmers market and see if you can taste the difference. ~
I love having chia pudding in the fridge hydrated with unsweetened coconut milk. I add to smoothies or use instead of yogurt since most yogurts have too much sugar for my liking. ~
