When it comes to cravings willpower won't and can't win every time, because willpower is mental but cravings are both mental and physical. Certain foods create a physical addiction and the standard Western/American diet is loaded with stuff that tricks our brain into feeling good.

L' activité qui m'aide à tenir en ce moment
D'être partie tous les weekend de juin et encore juillet, pour essentiellement les cours à Paris,
Rentrer retrouver mon bébé et continue la vie de maman sans penser à la fatigue du weekend, et essayer de rattraper le ménage qui se cumule sans cesse
Impossible de réviser le soir avec les préparatifs du mariage de ma soeur, le repas pour mon homme à 21h30... Ma fille prend sa douche avec moi tellement j'ai pas de temps c'est dire au point où j'en suis 😅
Je mange en 5 min le midi, donc mes petits plaisirs de me faire à manger on oublie en ce moment (mais peut être un truc jeudi 😉) La maison est un bordel monstre car il y a mes cours de révisions, les objets mariage par ci par là, pas le temps de ranger de toute façon on a pas de meubles pour les ranger dans le salon^^ (et j'ai pas de bureau, je révise dans le salon sur la table de toute façon...) Jade qui m'acapare beaucoup, heureusement quelle dort bien (20h30/ 7h) et qu'elle dort 2h30 l'aprem car elle m'épuise ! Mais elle découvre la vie cette pitchounette.
Alors le matin pendant sa sieste, il y a mon sport, et heureusement car j'aurai pété un câble depuis longtemps sinon... le sport une chose de ma vie si essentiel pour mon bien être, certains ne comprendraient pas, mais moi j'évacue tellement grâce à ça.
Grâce au sport, je suis en forme, je tiens le coup et j'ai la rage de réussir à tout et rien lâcher jusqu'à que ça se calme un peu.
On respire, on positive et on se dit que la vie est belle et qu'on est champion du monde 😂

With just under a week to go until my due date, I thought I'd better start thinking about which oils I'd like to take to the hospital with me #clothescanwait
Balance and Wild Orange will be the first 2 going into the diffuser as soon as I'm in the birth suite. These two will work together to keep me grounded, calm and energised.
Clary sage is thought to bring on contractions but it actually works better at stabilising your contractions once they've started. I'll get my husband to massage it on the inside of my ankles - the acupuncture point for the uterus 🤰
It's also a great oil for establishing milk supply and all things hormones so I'll be keep it close by me throughout the next few months after the baby is born! .
Frankincense because I'm sure there'll be something I'll need it for as well as using a drop 💧 diluted in FCO to rub on my newborns head and spine for added immune support.
Aromatouch, Ice Blue and Black pepper - all three of these give wonderful muscle support so if this labour is a back labour again then I'll be asking my husband to massage these into my lower back.

I thought I would share what oils we decided to use for our bedtime routine tonight 🛏👧🏼👶🏼
My nearly 18 month old is going through a rough patch with sleeping at the moment; she wakes up in the middle of the night and finds it really hard to resettle... is she teething her canines? Is she waking up because she is cold? Is her brain really active as her vocabulary is continuing to develop? 🤷🏼♀️
It is a guessing game so we are doing all that we can to help her stay as relaxed as possible 😴
💤 Tonight's routine 💤
