So this post is actually yesterday’s post-day 4 of shred-but I literally ran out of time to post. I definitely haven’t gone hungry, and as I was working all day up to 9.30 pm with a quick break to run and get the kids and feed them food , the shakes fitted into my day perfectly ! No time to cook so had avocado and tomatoes on rye but it tasted so good 😊 anyway it’s day 5 for me now and I’m not bored and I want to keep going , so this is good!!
Shred day 3 .. went out for a bite and had the superfood salad .. it was amazing and on a 241 offer 🙌🏼 2 shakes were 👌🏼 and a snack of pickles (my #guiltypleasure

Today has been the first day of a much needed shred / detox .. I never ever thought that throwing in a 3rd business to my already crazy life would leave me with so little time 🤔 💭 so as much as I want to cook healthy foods etc , unfortunately all those things take even more time.. so my healthy cooking/and fitness has definitely been ignored over the last 4 months. 🙈 Thank god that my nutrition hasn’t taken a detour , taking my fruit and veg capsules 💊every day has kept that on track 🙌🏼 .. however I need to definitely cleanse myself- too much wine and bread has crept into my diet !! 🍷 🍞❌ The Shred10 program is something that I have used before to get rid of the bloat , and get back the energy and the glow that I love to feel 💖 Day 1️⃣ today was really alright! I think salmon may be the one thing I may never tire of yet ironically I don’t eat it that often as it’s darned expensive. If I see it on offer or on the discount shelf I yelp in excitement and unashamedly elbow anyone out of the way in my path.
It’s so versatile and can be devoured at any meal whatever time of the day. .
