What a lovely evening, spent with lovely people 🌟 Sharing our passion of enlightening friends about health and empowering friends to make informed choices about their lifestyle with #theenlightenedmovement Thanks to all who came 😘 xx
This week I’ve been enjoying creating delicious, healthy and budget friendly meals. 6 serves of sausage and lentil casserole for $2.50 a serve. Fresh herbs from our garden, some sad veggies needing to be used up. 🥕
Isn't this little man just the cutest! Are you just as shocked as he is that we're already one week into 2018? Where on earth did that week go?
New Years Resolutions are so hard at this time of year, do you know why? Because we're all out of routine, because we've just had a really BIG 2 weeks leading up into the new year and we're all pretty drained. Then we go an add a New Years Resolution on the top of it all.
If you've kept your new years resolution so far, then well done! You're doing an outstanding job!! If you haven't? Well that's okay too! Do you know why? Because every day is an opportunity for a fresh start ❤️ #newyearnewyou#newyearsresolution#vibrantbodiesau
Happy New Year!! I would just like to wish all my Instagram friends a very happy & healthy 2018!! .
I thought I’d put it out there and share with you my main goal this year which is to continue to help and inspire people to make positive lifestyle changes. This is particularly poignant following today’s news coverage regarding how as a nation we are getting sicker and sicker. It may only have taken me 30 odd years to determine what on a professional level makes me feel fulfilled and it’s all due to #thebeplan and @chloemyers_ig which I cant thank enough. I’m so fortunate to be ‘doing what makes me happy.’. On a personal level I’m excited to get back into fitness after the birth of my little girl last March and I can’t wait to start some Park Runs and Ariel Hoop classes! I’m also looking into how I can turn my passions for health, fitness and helping others further through my work. So stay tuned!
Anyone else taken some time out to think about their year ahead? Would love to hear from you!

Thank you to all my wonderful followers and to all my amazing clients. Thank you for all your comments and likes. Without you all, I won't be here. I really appreciate you all and may God bless each and every one of you.😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘 As we walk into 2018. God all I ask is to know more of you.
Give me Your grace and guidance in the choices I need to make and direct my thinking so that my firm resolve and final decisions will be in line with Your perfect will for my life.
You have promised in Your Word to be with me and to go before me ..so that if I turn to the right hand or to the left, I will hear a voice right behind me.. guiding me… saying, "This is the way; walk in it.". This I pray in Jesus name Amen.
#countdownto2018#2daysto2018 Thank you lord for the gift of life. I am grateful 💃💃💃💃😘😘😘😘😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌

Slay all day.. well not exactly. I've got to admit- with the holidays and this pregnancy I'm struggling to keep it all together when it comes to sticking to my nutrition plan. I'm talking chicken nuggets, pizza, cookie cake- you name it-- I've been eating it. My 80/20 rule has been more like 60/40. My goal with this pregnancy was to be the healthiest I can for both me and the baby but what I've noticed is that my actions are now not only taking a toll on me but my son as well. My cravings for McDonalds involve bringing my son with me as well. That cookie cake that I couldn't NOT have yesterday that ended up in my grocery cart had 2 pieces- one which I devoured and one which my son asked for. My little angel that was asking for hummus and veggies over cookies and cake is now like a little ravenous sugar monster. The active mom that was taking my son to the park now needs to lay out on the couch after lunch while my son is sitting playing on his iPad or watching TV rather than running around outside. Who is to blame? Certainly not him! I take full responsibility.
We are all human. Just because I am a health coach does not mean that I am miss perfect and don't have bad days or bad weeks. BUT this job I have and these accountability groups that I run do something very special... they keep me from falling off track for good. They give me motivation to be the best version of me- they give me all the tools I need for success. So today I put an end to this and start back on my day 1 along with 6 of my new clients that will be starting their healthy lifestyle next week. The New Year may be a few days away but I'm not waiting for that- it starts today. It starts with me, it will have an effect on my son and hopefully anyone reading this.
Oh I’m so looking forward to lunch tomorrow! A low GI wrap with turkey, mayo, green onion pickle, baby spinach and tomato. Some veggies to snack on, cashews, vita weats and cheese, blueberries and salsa. 🍅🥒🧀

I want to live in a world where mums: recognise that perfect is a myth, real is where the magic is.
I know that if we can just stop trying to live up to this crazy idea of perfect we would be free.
Free to recognise that everyone is doing their best.
Free to recognise that we each want to do better.
Free to reflect on our past day and say I will do this one thing better tomorrow, and this is how I will do it.
Looking to perfection just reminds us how far away we all are it's a recipe for frustration and inaction.
Looking at the one thing we will improve tomorrow, noticing the things we did well that's a recipe for progress and that's where happiness lives.
In progress not in perfection.
When you get to visit with some amazing people who have impacted your life in great ways, you count your blessings for God bringing them in your life.
🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 This cup of cider was so delicious and served with a warm taste of cinnamon!!! Yum
As I drank this yesterday I reflected on how this family has been in my life in so many different ways. -
From bible studies, times of prayer, many laughs, and the one I never thought I would ever get a handle on...MY HEALTH!
Thankful for two women in from this family have impacted my life in such a massive way!
I can’t begin to express the gratitude for them in my life.
Kathy and Helen I’m so thankful for your path of nutrition and your willingness to help others!!! -
I have learned that nutrition isn’t a chore, it’s an honor to live that way!!! If you are struggling or overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin, I would love to chat with you for a second and explain how easy whole food nutrition can be!
