Since i’ve been craving french toast for a while, and i couldn’t find thick sliced bread so i decided to give it a try and bake it my own! And the result was amazing elhamduellah😋😋 Then, i made the french toast and satisfied my cravings.
And here you go for the recipe
1 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar (this is the secret ingredient)
A pinch of vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1-finely beat the egg with vanilla
2- add the milk, sugar and cinnamon and mix them all together very well!
3- soak the bread slices into the mixture for a couple of seconds and get it out to the pan directly
3-heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, add a cube of butter and as it melts put the bread slices, leave it for around 1 minute on each side.
You can top it with whatever you want, i choose lotus and twix spread 😍😋 and also jam worked very well 😋😋 It worth a try believe me 🍞🍯🥛

Food items like this are great!! Don’t get me wrong when I say this is not “healthy”
What I really mean is the general understanding of the word “healthy” is usually referenced when it comes to weight loss
Now although this IS a much better option than something store bought which can have a ton of additives and junk it still contains SUGAR
We all know by now SUGAR is not healthy, in its most natural form sugar is not terrible but to much of it can wreak havoc on our bodies and longevity
BUT we are ALL human and we WILL want a treat every so often. When you want a treat making sure at minimum you are not putting toxins in your body is going to be key
Now remember this is just one mans opinion, what’s yours?!?
