MANTEIGA GHEE ou MANTEIGA CLARIFICADA (Tão cara e tão fácil de fazer 🙄) . ✅ 400 gr de manteiga sem sal (2 potinhos) 🥄🥄🥄🥄🥄 . Coloque a manteiga na panela e deixe borbulhar. Vá tirando delicadamente a espuma branca que estiver na parte de cima. Note que a manteiga começará a ficar translúcida. Quando o volume de espuma branca diminuir e o líquido estiver totalmente translúcido desligue o fogo. Retire a espuma da parte superior e com uma concha colete o líquido translúcido. Note que no fundo da panela haverá alguns resíduos. Eles serão descartados. O segredo é coletar apenas o líquido translúcido. Coloque em um recipiente de vidro vazio e limpo. Prontinhoo! One of the most COMMON connections I see in people experiencing #lowmood 😢, #anxiety , abnormal #immunesystem 🐛and/or #digestion issues 💩is that they're not eating enough protein. 🍖🍳 But why? • Proteins are the building blocks that make up our neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters, like #dopamine (reward 🤗) and #serotonin (mood regulation), are the messengers that our nerves in the body send to the brain. It's similar to sending an email to head office to keep them in the loop about what's happening on-site. This allows head office to monitor, make adjustments, and regulate what's happening in the field. 🧐 • When there's a break in communication, it's often because we've run out of building blocks to make more neurotransmitters 😱. As a result, the signal doesn't get sent. This can interfere with regular appetite and digestion, cause our mood to fluctuate or make us feel low or anxious, and lots of other symptoms. • #Protein provides the building blocks we need to make neurotransmitters. Protein is unique because it has a nitrogen molecule in it, so it can't be made from fats or carbs. Some proteins can't even be made from other proteins... 🙅🏼‍♀️so the bottom line is WE NEED TO EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN to support neurotransmitter production. 🙌🏻 • The average person needs 0.8g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Do the math (not in pounds, please!), and input your daily intake into something like @myfitnesspal to make sure you're getting enough. While cooking veggies isn’t the funnest thing ever, you can make them quite delicious! I never really steam my veggies because I enjoy seasoning them and mixing in some flair. . I do recipe this with brussel sprouts (above), string beans, broccoli, and other greens. I add in prosciutto or bacon, a little truffle oil, and a generous amount of chopped garlic. Season with garlic powder and black pepper, and your veggies are packed with great flavor and a crisp from the skillet! . Yes this recipe has some fat in in (especially since I had this with salmon tonight) but it’s a good way to get in veggies when calories aren’t a huge issue.
