Ingredientes para a massa:
✔️Farinha de espelta (220g) + farinha para polvilhar
✔️Fermento de padeiro (1 colher de sobremesa)
✔️Água a ferver (100ml)
✔️Azeite (1 colher de sopa)
Confeção da massa:
✔️Numa taça grande coloque a farinha de espelta, o sal e o fermento. Devagar, já juntando a água a ferver até envolver bem com a massa. Se a massa ficar muito liquida, poderá juntar mais farinha até ganhar a consistência certa (como pode ver na imagem).
✔️De seguida, coloque o azeite e envolva.
✔️Por fim, polvilhe a bancada com farinha para ajudar no molde das pizzas.
✔️Forme bolas pequenas e depois com a ajuda do rolo da massa, estenda a massa até ficar de tamanho fino (ou a seu gosto). Ingredientes para o recheio:
✔️Tomates maduros (2)
✔️Atum em lata ao natural
Confeção do recheio de tomate:
✔️Triture o tomate, a cebola e o pimento no 1,2,3 até ficar bem triturado.
✔️Leve ao lume até refogar e coloque coentros.
✔️Por fim, cubra a massa com o molho de tomate e depois recheie a gosto as suas pizzas. ✔️Recheamos com cogumelos, queijo ralado, ovos, pimento, cebolinho.
✔️Leve ao forno cerca de 30 minutos a 180ºC até a massa estar cozinhada.

The base is chickpea flour, flax, almond flour, garlic & eggs, then herby tomato sauce + veg, pine nuts & more herbs 🌿 .. even managed to ace the crust crunch😏💯🙌🏼
What’s great is that this kinda pizza won’t leave you feeling “yucky uncomfortably bloated” afterwards 😷!! Thanks to more nourishing ingredients that still satisfy taste buds 💆🏼♀️🧡

Chicken Alfredo Pizza 🍕
▪️9 net carbs
Preheat oven to 400. Cook tortilla wrap for 10 minutes. Remove. Spread most of 1/4 cup of alfredo sauce on wrap as base, add 4 oz of shredded grilled chicken and desired amount of spinach, sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese and chopped red onion. Broil pizza for 2-3 to melt cheese and warm remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining warmed alfredo sauce. Cut in slices & enjoy!

naming cauliflower the vegetable of 2018. I've coming to the realization that I still haven't tried any of the following....

❌ Cailiflower rice
❌ Cauluflower mashed "potatoes"
And I'm totally ok with this. .
I did however venture and try cauliflower "wings" and totally loved them even though they took way longer to make them then eat them. 😣

HEALTHY STYLE PIZZAAA YASSS🍕😎 This was actually kinda fun making! To make it easy I’ve included pics of the flatbreads/crusts i used and some of the ingredients as well. Notice that everything is reduced fat, low fat, low carb, or low calorie. It’s little changes that ADD UP...instead of your calories/macros! Eating clean doesn’t have to be stressful or unenjoyable. However... it is very expensive and tedious! 😑😎 These crusts were GREAT! I literally am so excited to try tons of different things with these. Já deixei de encomendar pizza há uns tempos e opto por fazer massa de pizza para o mês inteiro e congelar. Quando quero pizza para o jantar retiro a massa pela manhã para descongelar e faço depois o meu molho de tomate (não compro molho já feito) e a minha mozzarella vegan 🌱 (receita no blogue). Eu gosto da pizza o mais simples possível porque acho que muitos ingredientes estragam o bom sabor da pizza. Since today was weigh in day and I did so well I decided I would make myself a BBQ Ranch Chicken Pizza for dinner while I made mario his pork chops 👌🏻 this has literally become a weekly thing now 😆 since I already have the ingredients sitting in my fridge, it’s cheap to make, and I feel like I’m cheating when I’m eating it I’m all for it 😆
BBQ Ranch Chicken Pizza 🍕 .
🍕 Boil 1 small sized chicken breast until cooked through.
🍕 Remove from pan and place in a bowl.Shred using an electric mixer and set aside.
🍕 Take 1/2 cup self rising flour and mix in 1/2 cup of fage nonfat plain Greek yogurt until well combined. When it starts to resemble a ball I powder my hands with flour and press in a large ball. 🍕 Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread dough out to your own likings.
🍕 Lightly sprinkle the perimeter of the pizza with garlic salt for crust flavor.
🍕 Add 3 Tbsp of @ghughessugarfree
Hickory BBQ sauce and spread evenly.
🍕 Add 1/4 cup of @kraft_brand
Fat free mozzarella shredded cheese..
🍕 Add as much of the shredded chicken as you’d like.
🍕 Add a sprinkle more of the fat free mozzarella over the chicken so the chicken doesn’t dry out.
🍕 Cook for 17-18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and done through..
🍕 Evenly drizzle 2 Tbsp of @kraftrecipes
Fat free ranch dressing over the pizza..
🍕 Drizzle some more BBQ over the top.

Shrimp scampi pizza! I used a cauliflower crust from Trader Joe’s, leftover cauliflower Alfredo sauce from my last post, shrimp, feta cheese crumbles, and sautéed broccoli. I think it turned out good, and it’s a really good healthy pizza option!
