No better start to the week than with a porridge 🤤 I cooked some oats in water with bananas and a pinch of salt. I added a bit of oatmilk to the oats when they were done cooking for a little extra creaminess. Topped with baked banana, almond butter, some berries and coconut chips. Perfect quick & easy breakfast but tastes amazing and loaded with so many great ingredients. Jakiś czas temu robiłam pieczone mielone, dużo osób prosiło wtedy o przepis ale matka wariatka nie ogarnęła ... znaczy ... zapomniałam po prostu 😂😜 no więc : Składniki: 🥊400 g mięsa mielonego (u nas wołowe samodzielnie mielone z polędwicy, może być też indyk) 🥊3 ząbki czosnku 🥊 czubata łyżeczka startego imbiru 🥊1 mała cukinia starta na tarce o dużych oczkach 🥊skórka starta z jednej limonki 🥊3 łyżki sosu sojowego 🥊pieprz mielony około pół łyżeczki 🥊orzechy laskowe mielone około 100 g 🥊szczypta soli 🥊jedno jajko Sposób przyrządzenia: Zmielone mięso mieszamy ze startą cukinią, dodajemy posiekany czosnek, skórkę z limonki, starty świeży imbir, sól,pieprz, sos sojowy, jajko i całość dokładnie wyrabiamy. Stek kyllingkjøttdeigen i en stekepanne til gjennomstekt. Sett til side i en bolle etter steking. 2. Kutt gulrøttene i tynne skiver, brokkoli i små buketter og løk i passelige biter. When a new year comes around I like to reflect on the previous year and look at my strengths and weaknesses and I sadly realized that an area I feel I could have done better in was with my personal relationships. With 2 jobs and crazy home life I realized I needed to be more intentional about planning time one on one with my kids and husband!⠀ ⠀ The EASY part…. saying it! The HARD part…doing it! I’m trying the strategy I use with my patients and exercise. I’m going to be more intentional about scheduling fun activities for me to do with my family. I also want to schedule out personal time with each one of the girls and my husband to make sure we get to bond one-on-one too! OCCHI DI BUE GLUTEN FREE👩‍🍳 . Questa ricetta, seppur senza glutine e senza lattosio, non rientra propriamente tra le dietetiche😅 Ma ogni tanto è d'obbligo un dolce "ciccioso" e soddisfacente. Ecco la ricetta ⬇️⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTI • Farina per lievitati senza glutine 370gr • Zucchero di canna integrale 100gr • Uova 2 • Lievito 1/2 bustina • Burro chiarificato 100gr • Scorza di un limone non trattato • Marmellata o cioccolata spalmabile fondente. . PROCEDIMENTO ✔️ Montare con le fruste elettriche zucchero e uova. ✔️ Aggiungere il burro morbido e successivamente la farina setacciata e lavorare l'impasto fino a renderlo omogeneo. ✔️Stendere la pasta su un piano da lavoro infarinato, per circa 1cm di altezza. ✔️ Creare circa 22 dischi con un bicchiere. Metterne via la metà e forare la restante metà al centro con una tazzina, in modo da formare la parte superiore del biscotto. ✔️Unire i due strati per ogni biscotto e infornare a 180° statico e preriscaldato per circa 10 minuti. ✔️Sfornare e fare freddare leggermente, poi riempire o buchi con marmellata o cioccolata e spolverare con zucchero a velo. Toast for 5 minutes, until nuts are golden brown. No toaster oven? Roast at 375º for 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Once browned, transfer the hazelnuts into a food processor. Process on high until the nuts resemble and smooth butter, scraping down the sides as needed. This process can take a while, so be patient! Once smooth, add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and blend to combine. Taste and add additional sweetener if desired. Хачапури по Аджарски. ⠀ Такие хачапури хорошо подойдут на завтрак. Они очень просты в приготовлении и займут примерно 20 минут вашего времени вместе с выпеканием. ⠀ Не устану повторять,что #напптожевкусно , а вы не пожалейте ❤ ⠀ Для приготовления нам понадобятся: ⠀ ☆100 гр творога из брикета ☆примерно 200 гр муки ц,з. У меня рисовая 50гр и Полбовая 150 гр. Можно использовать любую. ☆1 яйцо ☆сах.зам по вкусу ☆щепотка соли ☆6 перепелиных яиц ☆примерно 50 гр твердого сыра ⠀ Способ приготовления: ⠀ Просеиваем муку. Добавляем в нее творог,яйцо,сах.зам и соль. Вымешиваем тесто и формируем лодочки. Отправляем в разогретую духовку на 10минут при температуре 180 гр. Вынимаем лодочки, в углубление высыпаем натертый сыр,сверху выливаем перепелиные яйца. Отправляем в духовку на 10минут. ⠀ Ориентируйтесь на свою духовку, возможно у вас приготовится быстрее или дольше. Достаём готовый хачапури. По желанию можно посыпать свежерубленной зеленью. ⠀ Этого количества теста хватит на 2 хачапури. ⠀ Приятного аппетита 🤗🤗🤗
Update sul mio percorso con la mia @alicev_fit ❤️ : Ho intrapreso questo cammino a fine maggio dello scorso anno, dopo un lungo periodo travagliato per quanto riguarda il mio rapporto con il cibo (dca, odio verso se stessi ecc), dopo essere arrivata allo sterno delle mie energie, fisiche e mentali. Ho voluto fidarmi di Ali al 100%, andando contro me stessa, e ho avuto ragione! I risultati si vedono e si sentono: il mio rapporto con il cibo (nonché con me stessa) è nettamente migliorato, non è più neanche paragonabile. Mi piaccio? No. Ne faccio un dramma? No, mi impegno per cambiare. Alice ha deciso di iniziare con una reverse diet (dato che venivo da mesi e mesi di ipocalorica esagerata) ed è quella che abbiamo portato avanti fino ad oggi, quando di comune accordo abbiamo scelto di iniziare una fase di mini-cut. Abbiamo abbassato le calorie ed ora non rimane che impegnarsi nell’allenamento e vedere cosa abbiamo costruito in questi mesi, sono molto curiosa di vedere come il mio corpo reagirà e come arriverò alla fine! They are all refined sugar free and nut free and an added bonus - can all be frozen and used when needed! Slide across for the recipes that can be easily screen shotted Spelt Date Scones I use spelt flour all the time but what’s so special about spelt flour? It is an ancient grain that is strongly related to wheat so is not suitable for coeliacs but is an amazing alternative to regular white flour. It is a great source of dietary fibre and contains calcium, selenium and vitamins B2, B6 and E If you are new to trying different types of flours, try substituting half the quantity of flour with regular wholemeal flour until you or your children get used to the slightly ‘nutty’ taste of spelt. And just remember, these scones won’t be as fluffy as the ones from Baker’s Delight but are delicious with a scrape of butter and chia-jam Nut Free Bliss Balls I honestly struggle to make bliss balls without nuts... there’s nothing quite like a chewy bliss ball made from peanut or almond butter! But I have tried to create 3 delicious recipes here that are suitable for school as they are nut free. Two of my children approved (one of which is particularly fussy!) Feel free to play around with the flavours. When using dried fruit, aim for sulphite free if you can! (Especially if your child has asthma or allergies). The cranberries can be substituted for sultanas, dried apricots, dried figs or dried blueberries (yum!) And if you find the mixture is too dry before you roll them, add in a little water until it is combined Stay tuned as I will be sharing lunchbox recipes for the rest of the week.
