TODO se puede y hoy logre mis primeros 15k (pase la barrera de los 12 🎊) Si, estoy cansada por el laburo y por los finales, pero las excusas solo las pongo yo. Logre que me armen una rutina para dejar de hacer las cosas por las mías (temía lesiones) y sentía que no iba a llegar. Si corres es importantísimo darte tiempo, porque es un deporte muy solitario, donde la cabeza juega un 100%, una vez que pensaste “no puedo” listo. ✅ Anótate tus logros. Ya sea por km o por tiempo. Yo primero anotaba los km y después fui viendo como mejorar mi resistencia. ✅ Para ganar resistencia son importantísimas las famosas “pasadas”. Aumentas tu capacidad pulmonar y velocidad. ✅ Que alguien que sepa te arme un plan. Para ir alternando fondos, pasadas, musculación. ✅ CLAVE elongar y entrar en calor. No se manden a correr y dejen todo los primeros minutos porque se pueden lastimar. ✅ CONSULTEN con una nutricionista, ya que el desgaste es importante. ✅ NO corran sin previamente haber desayunado/comido. Si el tanque no tiene nafta, no funciona. ✅ DORMIR BIEN. Sin dormir o habiendo dormido poco, no van a rendir. (Ni para correr ni para nada) ✅ Si tienen dolores no vivan a diclofenac porque te revienta el estómago. Use el carpaccio de salmón y el atún de @southwindoficial que viene congelado y cortado perfecto (se compra en todos los supermercados) y se ponen en monto votos arrugados sobre una cama de rucula , las habas son peladas y congeladas de @minuto.verde que las amo ! Agregar tomates cherry , cucharaditas de ricotta y lo aliñé con aceite de trufas ( si no tienes un buen aceite de oliva sirve también) + reducción de aceto y merlot de @conamor_chile que le da un touch mortal -+ sal de mar + pimienta ...... si quieres le pones limón pero yo no le puse ! 🐟 la gracia es que se inspiren con la belleza de este plato y la mezcla de colores y sabores y puedan crear sus propias versiones !!! Kari piletina sa povrćem i prosom. 🥒🥬🍅 Potrebni sastojci: (1 porcija) 4 kašike prosa 200ml vode . 100-150gr pileći file Šaka blitve Tikvica Čen belog luka Maslinovo ulje Kašikica senfa Začini: morska so, biber, majčina dušica, kari Kockica putera . Staviti proso da se kuva u blago posoljenoj vodi. Meso iseći na trakice, pouljiti ga, posoliti, pobiberiti, uvaljati u senf i kari. Ostaviti sa strane. Tikvicu oguliti ljuštilicom za povrće, tako da bude u obliku tagliatela, a blitvu iseći na krupno. U tiganju ispeći meso, te kada je gotovo odložiti ga i u istom dodati tagliatele od tikvica, posoliti ih i posuti majčinom dušicom. Ostaviti ih da se izgriluju. Pred kraj dodati blitvu, seckani beli luk i malo maslinovog ulja. Vratiti meso i u sve umešati skuvani proso sa puterom. Po želji, odozgo posuti crvenu papriku i semenke bundeve. Ciao a tutti! Volete una ricetta per un piatto fresco,leggero,sfizioso,estivo e che potete proporre a un pranzo,una cena,in monoporzione per un aperitivo rinforzato e addirittura portare al mare? Bene,ecco a voi una pasta fredda,ma anche tiepida perché mo calda che potete usare come base per far partire in quarta la vostra fantasia! Let's go! Per 4 persone occorre: 300g della pasta che preferite; 1pomodoro medio a persona; 200g di stracciatella; Qualche foglia di basilico; Sale e olio qb. Se vi piacciono potete aggiungere: Olive verdi, possibilmente denocciolatele voi(circa 20); 1cucchiaio di capperi sgocciolati. Tagliate a cubetti i pomodori lavati,aggiungete il basilico a pezzetti(tagliatelo con le mani),le olive e i capperi;condite con olio e sale e aspettate che sia pronta la pasta. 🇵🇱Najprostsze danie ever, kiedy lodówka prawie pusta ;) jedno jest pewne - dobrze mieć zamrożony szpinak w razie takich sytuacji 👌. Wstaw makaron i w międzyczasie podsmaż cebulkę na oleju kokosowym, dodaj curry i ostra paprykę w pudrze (zawsze zaczynam danie od „przypalania przypraw”- to wydaje ich lepszy smak i aromat). Następnie dodaj mrożony szpinak. Kiedy szpinak będzie całkowicie rozmrożony dodaj ugotowany makaron. Mieszając zalej wszystko mleczkiem kokosowym. Mieszaj, mieszaj i gotowe. Podawaj z parmezanem lub bez 👍proste, smaczne i zdrowe 😉🇬🇧 The simplest dish ever! Always for the rescue when the fridge is almost empty;) One thing is sure - it's good to have frozen spinach in such situations 👌. Insert the pasta and in the meantime fry the onion on the coconut oil, add curry and hot pepper in the powder (I always start the dish from "burning spices" - this gives them a better taste and aroma). Then add the frozen spinach. When the spinach is ready add the cooked pasta. Mix everything with coconut milk. Mix, mix and voila is ready. ....у меня, конечно, очень много модных кулинарных книг, полки ими забиты (Маруся тут пыталась подсчитать стоимость этого добра и ужаснулась))) я ей сказала умножить на два, потому что больше половины книг заказывались в США, и доставка оттуда дороже книги)))). ну так вот, я отвлеклась)))) несмотря на их обилие, на кухне в качестве неотъемлемых помощников - две книги и рукописный блокнот для выпечки. Те две - это Оттоленги: plenty и simple. Несмотря на то, что я уже восемь лет готовлю для мужа овощное, и сама присоединилась больше года назад, ловкости и такой фантазии в сочетании овощей и круп, как у этого мастера, у меня нет))) а в этих книгах такие простые сочетания продуктов, находящихся у каждого под рукой, что просто удивляюсь. Вот была у меня в холодильнике одна лишь морковка из нормальной еды - а теперь из неё вот такой пир горой))) в идеале иметь молодую тонкую морковь, но и с обычной будет вкусно. Моркови 300 грамм. Ее надо разрезаться на дольки и приготовить на парУ минут 10. До мягкости, но не до варёной) чтобы чувствовалась, откусывая. Пока готовится морковь, делаем соус: ложка оливкового масла, пол чайной ложки мёда, корица на кончике ножа, долька измельчённого чеснока, полчайной ложки яблочного уксуса. Смешали в большой миске и добавили туда приготовленную морковь. Хорошенько обваляли, оставили остывать. Смешали отдельно 40 грамм греческого йогурта и 20 грамм крем-чиза. Добавили этот соус в морковь, перемешали, добавили щедрую горсть рубленой кинзы и укропа, перемешали. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Наслаждайтесь полезным блюдом! это может быть и салатом, а можно с гарниром в виде булгура, кускуса или чечевицы. Как хотите) я так ем))) калорий 300 с копейками) убедила?)

🍲 What are your favourite dinners? . 🌰 I really like homemade meatballs, which I don't make very often but when I do, I make a big batch that serves us for at least two meals or that makes enough for freezing for later meals. They are so easy to make with just a few ingredients but taste so delish. . ➡️ The basic recipe for my meatballs is really simple, only 4 ingredients plus seasoning, no egg, no breadcrumbs, just meat, herbs and my secrect ingredient (no so secret if you head to my Facebook group!! 😉😉). . 🍝 I often make it just as per the recipe but this time I added some flavour ingredients, fresh red chilli, lemongrass, ginger and turmeric. My hubs also made some mash which we hardly ever have as I'm not so keen but for him meatballs have to be served with mash! (He's my potato man 😅 - he's always in charge of potatoes like roasties for Sunday lunches! He's very good with spuds, much better than me, and loves them!!). He added butter and olive oil and a splash of almond milk to the mash and it really was very indulgent. . 🥦 Our first meatball dinner was served with English asparagus and piedmont peppers. Y como teníamos de @mommus_foods un tarro de ‘esto no es un queso cremoso’, hemos realizado una propuesta que esta mañana han colgado ‘Esto no es un queso cremoso’ está elaborado únicamente con anacardos, agua, sal marina y fermentos veganos. Es la primera vez que lo probamos, y me ha sorprendido su sabor, superrico, y también cómo en 5 minutos teníamos la salsa preparada. Así que pasta integral, cebolla, champiñones y este “no queso vegano” pero que por sabor parece queso. Probadlo, merece la pena.
