Yum yum this was so tasty. Ground some flaxseed (HEXB) to make a flax egg and added some soy sauce Mixed mild chilli powder, black pepper, salt and garlic with the remaining flaxseed. Dipped the frozen quorn in the flax egg then rolled it in the spicy flax mix. Popped it in the oven, while I boiled some rice and fried some red chillis, peppers and onions in soy sauce, and garlic. Já s cukrovkou žiju necelých 8 měsíců a pořád je to pro mě šok a snažím se s ní naučit žít... No a přiznávám, že poslední týdny mi to moc nejde 😔 Člověk si denně opakuje, ano není to nejhorší věc/nemoc na světě, můžeš mít kvalitní život, musíš být pozitivní, brát karty tak jak ti byly rozdány, ale SAKRA že je to stejně těžké!! Je to svině zákeřná (promiňte za slovník)... Navíc nikdo nevidí ten vnitřní boj, pokaždé když se musím "dobrovolně" píchnout, ať už kvůli měření glykemie nebo aplikaci inzulínu, když musím přemýšlet co si vybrat z jídelního lístku, aby mi to nerozházelo cukr příp. odhadovat jaké množství inzulínu dát a nejhorší: nikdo "zdravý" nikdy nepochopí co je to za šílený pocit dostat hypoglykemii a jaký to má vliv na fyzický i duševní stav... Tímto příspěvkem si nechci stěžovat... Jen jsem Vám chtěla dát nakouknout do života s diabetem...
