Manzanas dulces! La combinación perfecta entre manzanas 🍎 y tostadas francesas: Manzanas francesas! ☀️ Ingredientes:
🍎 2 manzanas de medianas a grandes, bien rojas y peladas. Cortadas en rebanadas de 1cm aproximadamente. 🍎1/3 de harina de avena, integral o cualquiera de su preferencia. 🍎1 huevo entero.
🍎1/2cda de polvo de hornear.
🍎1 cda de Canela de aceites esenciales DoTERRA. 🍎1/4 de leche 🥛 de su preferencia. 🍎4cdas de @natuviacr
granulada. 🍎1cdta de extracto de vainilla.
Tan simple como agregar la harina, canela, huevo, polvo de hornear, Natuvia, vainilla y la leche todo en el mismo recipiente y revolver hasta que no queden grumos. Pasar cada rodaja por la mezcla y poner en una sartén.

MATCHA NICECREAM☘️ I’ve never had matcha before this and I really liked it in my nicecream... maybe not as much as chocolate or vanilla flavor, but it wasn’t bad! I just wanted to mention that I usually buy my “superfoods”(ex: maca powder, spiralina), but I recently went to Walmart and they really stepped up their game!! My Walmart had maca, hemp protein, spiralina,açaí powder, and so much more! On top of this it was all cheap!(I mean at least for a superfood) okay this isn’t sponsored by Walmart or anything,(but I would love that lol) but I just love that place🤷♀️
~3 bananas ~1 tbsp matcha powder ~1 scoop hemp protein ~1 tbsp ground flaxseed •
I topped this with choc sauce, oats, and coconut shreds! I attempted to make it look decent but it’s the taste that counts amiright?!

Chai is a Indian drink full of flavors and condiments. I just love it. Besides it has condiments such as cinnamon and ginger which combined are better absorbed and are antioxidants and thermogenic! 💛
Here it is the recipe:
Boil 200 ml of water and add at it about 1 inch of ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves. Leave it for 10 min so the water will get the flavor. Add: 3 ts of coconut milk powder, 1 ts of coconut sugar, little cinnamon and clove powder. Ps.: I decorated the mug with coconut nectar. To skip the part of the coconut milk powder, you may boil any vegetable milk ir your choice and add the condiments as said.

Ferva 200 ml de água e a acrescente 1 canela em pau, 2 cm de gengibre, 3 cravos. Deixe pegar sabor por uns 10 minutos. Adicione 3 cs de leite de coco em pó, 1 cs de açúcar de coco, um pouco de canela e cravo em pó.
Obs.: decorei a caneca com néctar de coco. Para substituir o leite de coco em pó, pode ferver o leite vegetal que preferir e acrescentar as especiarias nele.

mini food processor that I got during prime day so decided to make fresh pesto! Super easy to make - just add 3 cloves garlic, 2 oz parmesan, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 3 cups basil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 2/3 cup olive oil and blend it til everything is finely chopped. I didn’t have pine nuts so I used 1/4 cup of almonds and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds and tbh I really don’t taste a difference. Then I mixed it with some with pappardelle and tomatoes and topped it with parmesan🍝

Try this pesto penne with shrimp and peas!
What you need:
12 oz. penne
2 c. baby spinach
1 c. Fresh basil
1/3 c. plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
1/4 c. pine nuts or almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. peeled and deveined medium shrimp
1 c. peas
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water, and return to pot.
Meanwhile, make pesto: In a small food processor fitted with a metal blade, pulse spinach, basil, and 1/3 olive oil until combined. Add Parmesan, pine nuts or almonds, and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat remaining tablespoon olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add pasta, pesto, and peas to skillet and toss until completely combined. Stir in 1/4 cup pasta water and stir until creamy. .

one major thing i do to prepare for the upcoming week is to prep delicious meals i get excited to eat!
i make sure i make a balanced meal with a protein, carbs & a healthy fat. this week i topped a bowl of spinach with grilled chicken, jasmine rice, & stir fried veggies😋
i also try to make sure that the meals don’t take over an hour to prep because let’s be honest sundays are made to be lazy ... or at least mine are 😆•

Hollaaaa y’all I just made cookie that are dairy free! I substituted out the one cup of butter for 3/4 cup of pumpkin purée! This recipe is amazing and it’s better than with butter! I used 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 3/4 cup of pumpkin purée, one egg, and 1 1/2 cups of white sugar!! I also threw in some sprinkles to add a little decoration for the kids!

Grilled watermelon and chickpea salad 😍🙆🏼♀️ Okay grilling watermelon may be my favorite food invention (idk if that’s the right word but oh well 😂) It’s SO GOOD!!
