I've only just started my life change but so far so good! Weigh in Monday but I feel better already! 👌
It's now or never for me, I've had two beautiful children Riley-James 4 and Brooke who's coming up to 7 months old. It's now time to think about myself and get into shape. I need this lifestyle change not only for me but for my Children 😘
Ok currently still ok maternity leave but I'll be back to the daily grind in march hopefully a little less of me but we'll see 😉
I've set up this page with my Bezza Daisy so we can document our journey to look back on later in life.... it'll either be 'wow' look how well we've done or 'dam' wish we carried on 🙈 hopefully not the latter!!! So that's a little about me 😘😉🙋

But seriously, I’ve had a wonderful day today; great morning gym session, breakfast out at a new pub in town, measured my sisters nursery to be for decorating times next weekend, went for a walk in the rainy forest near home and finished off with a cheeky Chinese dinner and binge watched Friends on Netflix topped off with sleepy snuggles.. BUT OH NO. It has now been ruined. My little throat tickle at the beginning of the day has now developed in to a raging cold. I’m stuck in bed with a puffy face, blocked nose holes, headache, all the pills and lemon/honey drinks I can make and tissues to last until the cows come home. I hope I can recover for tomorrow. I really hate being ill. #sweattohappy
